In the first time unit, the terminal side device monitors, in the search space set corresponding to the first DCI based on the first quantity of times of monitoring, a PDCCH carrying the first DCI.

The apparatus is enable to execute comprises: receiving a second UCI on a second PUCCH without receiving a first UCI on the first PUCCH, the first UCI comprising HARQ information, and the second UCI comprising a SR; wherein a time domain position of the second PUCCH overlaps a time domain position of the first PUCCH, a priority of the second UCI is higher than a priority of the first UCI, the priority of the second UCI is a priority of a resource configuration corresponding to the second UCI, and the priority of the second UCI is greater than or equal to a first threshold.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to handling latency-sensitive traffic, in Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communication (URLLC) for example, during measurement gaps. Latency-sensitive traffic is detected at a user equipment (UE), and transmission or reception associated with the latency-sensitive traffic is performed at the UE during a time period in which a measurement gap has been configured for the UE to perform measurement of received signal strength. The transmission or reception may be performed instead of or in addition to the measurement. Other embodiments that involve shortening measuring times and shortening or avoiding switching times associated with communication resource switching, for example, are also disclosed.

摘要: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes coding, by a terminal device, a first transport block to obtain a first coded transport block, where the first transport block includes first data; coding, by the terminal device, indication information to obtain coded indication information, where the indication information is used to indicate whether the terminal device sends a first buffer status report BSR when the terminal device sends the first data, and the first BSR indicates a data amount of to-be-transmitted data currently buffered in a buffer of the terminal device; and sending, by the terminal device, the first coded transport block and the coded indication information to a network device. According to the data transmission method and apparatus provided in embodiments of this application, the network device can directly learn whether the terminal device sends a BSR, so as to reduce a communication delay.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for transmitting uplink control information and an apparatus, applicable to a multi-carrier system. A user terminal receives physical layer signaling from a network device, where the physical layer signaling includes first indication information. The user terminal determines, according to the first indication information, a bit quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource or a piece quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource. The user terminal determines, according to the bit quantity or the piece quantity of the periodic CSI that can be sent, to-be-sent periodic CSI from periodic CSI corresponding to multiple downlink carriers. The user terminal sends HARQ-ACK information and the to-be-sent periodic CSI on the channel resource.
