Abstract:
Tooling intended for fixing hooks connecting the ends of belt conveyors including a fixed lower part forming an anvil linked to a movable upper part by positioning and centering fingers, a main punch, and a complementary punch. The main punch includes a head provided with enlarged parts and can slide in a vertical channel. The complementary punch can slide in a vertical channel. A vertical guiding groove staple is arranged on the side of the complementary punch. A pneumatic hammer provided with a head hammers the main punch which drives the staple in and drives, or hammers, the complementary punch which simultaneously hammers the upper of the hook.
Abstract:
The fastener comprises curved incorporated claws (4) serving to fix it to one end of a conveyor belt. The lower fixation plate of the fastener comprises curved raised edges (6) intended to make the points of the claws (4) enter under the small bars of ports (5) arranged by shearing and stamping in the lower fixation plate. The points of the claws (4) are locked along the lower front and back ridges (9) by the flattening of the small bars of the ports (5) during the final tightening of the fasteners during their fixation on the end of a conveyor belt.
Abstract:
A clip for attaching a staple that joins conveyor belt ends that comprises a top portion and a plurality of claws that extend substantially perpendicular from the top portion and are adapted to extend through corresponding holes in the staple. The top portion is formed of a metal sheet, the configuration of which corresponds to that of an accommodation recess provided in a top plate of the staple. The top portion bears at least two claws of the plurality of claws. Each of the claws is connected to the top portion by a bend and each bend includes a re-entrant reinforcing rib embossed therein. Each reinforcing rib is provided in the longitudinal direction of the respective claw approximately in the middle of the width of the respective claw. The claws are formed either by bending the metal sheet at the bends or by attaching the claws to the metal sheet.
Abstract:
A junction for a conveyor belt that includes first and second half-junctions attachable to one end of the conveyor belt. Each of the half-junctions having substantially matching shapes that allow the half-junctions to be interlinked. The half-junctions include a flexible core, and being respectively equipped with cup inserts and bush inserts allowing the passage of an assembly mechanism. Each of the cores extend towards the inside of each half-junction forming a fold at a free edge of each of the half-junctions. The top level of the first half-junction contains the fold and in which a front edge of the bottom level has substantially the same shape as a front edge of the top level, but is shifted towards the rear at least by the distance that separates the front edge of the top level from the cup inserts that are the furthest from the front edge of the top level. The second half-junction has a top level in which the shape of a front edge of the top level matches that of the front edge of the matching first half-junction, and a bottom level containing the fold and the bush inserts. The front edge of the bottom level is shifted towards the front in relation to the front edge of the top level, and its shape matches that of the front edge of the bottom level of the first half-junction. The attachment of the first and second half-junctions with each other is provided by fasteners.
Abstract:
The joining device comprises two halves of a joining device made up of a flexible and elastic material each one comprising a pair of flexible wings (4). These wings are fixed to the conveyor belt (6) by rivets (10). A frame (5) extends into the wings (4) and in the part of the joining device which constitutes the joining itself. The frame (5) is trimmed to washers (10) or to small plates (8) used as reinforcement for the fixing holes. A linking stem is threaded across through holes or passages provided in the linking elements.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-claw clip made of metal sheet comprising a top portion forming the back consisting of a metal sheet part, claws forming extensions of the top portion forming the back that are bent perpendicularly to the top portion, the bends comprising re-entrant ribs and the claws comprising spikes, may be used with a joining staple of a corresponding conveyor belt, the said staple comprising a top plate furnished with holes designed to allow the claws of the clip to pass through. The clip may be snap-fitted by means of grooves of its claws into the edges of the holes of the upper plate of the staple.
Abstract:
The invention is directed to a rivet nail which can include two separate pieces or one single piece. Each rivet nail has a hollow rivet part having a head (1) and a cylindrical stem (2) axially connected to the head. The end located opposite to the end carrying the head (1) has a hollow cylindrical space extending inside the cylindrical stem (2) over at least a part of the cylindrical stem (2) length, and a nail part including a hollow cylindrical stem extending taperwise to form a nib (4).
Abstract:
This method and the apparatus for carrying out same are characterised essentially in that, during the weaving of the tape of the element, two separate filaments are inserted into the texture for constituting the fastening or coupling members propers by engaging by turns one and the other filaments between the warp yarns, at spaced intervals, to constitute at each point of insertion a transverse loop wound in one direction for one filament and in the opposite directions for the other filament, and meanwhile these filaments are disposed in the longitudinal direction on the side opposite to the coupling members proper, whereby these filaments constitute two variable-pitch helices of which the loops wound in opposite directions are imbricated, every other loop belonging to the same helix.
Abstract:
Tooling intended for fixing hooks (7) connecting the ends of belt conveyors, at the ends of a belt conveyor (BT), includes: a fixed lower part (3) forming an anvil (3′) linked to a movable upper part (2) by means of positioning and centering fingers, a main punch (1) and a complementary punch (4). The main punch (1) includes a head (1′) provided with enlarged parts (1′a) and (1′b). The main punch (1) can slide in a vertical channel (2′) and the complementary punch (4) can slide in a vertical channel (2″′). A vertical guiding groove (4) intended for guiding the staple (7) is arranged on the side of the complementary punch (4). A pneumatic hammer provided with a head (8, 8′) hammers the main punch (1) which drives the staple (7) in and drives, or hammers, the complementary punch (4) which simultaneously hammers the upper plate (5′) of the hook (5).
Abstract:
One of the junction devices for a conveyor belt comprises three parts, namely an upper part (2), a lower part (3) and an intermediate part (4). Inserts (6′) and (7′) are used to assemble parts (2) and (3) using screws (5). Inserts (6) and (7) are used to assemble the junction device on the ends of a conveyor belt.
