摘要: A phase-shift circuit being smaller in size than a conventional phase-shift circuit and being capable of causing a phase difference equivalent to or larger than that in the conventional phase-shift circuit between an input signal and an output signal is achieved. A phase-shift circuit includes: a signal line; and a dielectric member overlapping the signal line and being capable of reciprocating in a direction intersecting the signal line, and changes a phase of a signal propagating through the signal line. The dielectric member is configured of a frame body and a dielectric plate provided inside the frame body and having an overlapping area with the signal line increased or decreased by the reciprocation, and the frame body has a permittivity lower than a permittivity of the dielectric plate.

摘要: In an antenna device including an antenna element and a feeder line to supply power to the antenna element, the antenna device includes: a front surface feeder line and a rear surface feeder line on front and rear surfaces of a substrate; opposing upper-side and lower-side ground plates across the substrate; a coaxial cable including a center conductor connected to the front surface feeder line and the rear surface feeder line and an outer conductor connected to the upper-side ground plate; and a center conductor connection fitting including a substrate connection portion inserted between the upper-side ground plate and the lower-side ground plate and a first cable connection portion protruding to outside of the upper-side ground plate. First connection pieces of the substrate connection portion are connected to the front surface feeder line, and a second connection piece is connected to the rear surface feeder line.

摘要: An antenna device includes a plurality of phase shift circuits to which distributed signals are respectively input and a plurality of antenna elements to which signals output from the respective phase shift circuits are input. At least one of the plurality of phase shift circuits has a signal line in which a first region in which paired dielectric members are disposed, a second region in which no paired dielectric members is disposed and a third region in which paired dielectric members are disposed are provided in this order along a propagation direction of a signal. Moreover, a characteristic impedance of the first region in a state where the paired dielectric members are not disposed and a characteristic impedance of the third region in a state where the paired dielectric members are not disposed are higher than a characteristic impedance of the second region.

摘要: An antenna device includes an antenna element including a dielectric substrate including a first principal surface and a second principal surface, a built-in feed line provided on the first principal surface of the dielectric substrate, and a radiating element provided on the second principal surface of the dielectric substrate and along the built-in feed line so that the radiating element is fed from the built-in feed line, a triplate line including a first outer conductor and a second outer conductor parallel to each other, and a central conductor arranged therebetween to feed excitation power to the antenna element, a connecting member which electrically connects the central conductor and the built-in feed line, a projecting piece from one end of the dielectric substrate toward the second outer conductor, and a first hole and a second hole provided in the first outer conductor and in communication with each other. The first hole includes a first opposite surface to the connecting member with a specified space therebetween. The projecting piece is inserted in the second hole. The second hole includes an opposite regulating surface to the first principal surface of the projecting piece of the dielectric substrate, to regulate movement of the dielectric substrate toward the first opposite surface.

The transmission line includes a first plate-shaped conductor, a second plate-shaped conductor, and a third plate-shaped conductor electrically grounded, a first central conductor disposed between the first and second plate-shaped conductors, a second central conductor disposed between the second and third plate-shaped conductors, an electrically connecting member inserted in an inserting hole formed through the second plate-shaped conductor, to electrically connect the first and second central conductors together, and an electrically grounded conductor disposed adjacent to the electrically connecting member. At least one of the first and second central conductors is provided with a through hole formed adjacent to the electrically connecting member, thereby electrically connects together wiring patterns provided on both surfaces, respectively, of a dielectric substrate of the at least one of the first and second central conductors.
