    摘要: A vibration damping device capable of reducing a change in an order frequency of a reciprocating motion of a pendulum resulting from eccentricity of rotational members therein. The vibration damping device comprises a pendulum damping mechanism having a mass to dampen the torsional vibrations by an oscillating motion thereof resulting from the torsional vibrations. An inertial body is arranged in the prime mover side of the rotary shaft, an elastic damping mechanism is connected with a transmission side of the inertial body in a power transmittable manner, a pendulum damping mechanism is connected with the transmission side of the elastic damping mechanism in a power transmittable manner, and a torque limiter mechanism is connected with the transmission side of the pendulum damping mechanism in a power transmittable manner.

A torsional vibration damping device in which a mass body is attached to a rotating body by two support pins includes two first hollow portions which are formed in the rotating body at positions corresponding to the respective support pins and into which the respective support pins are inserted, and two second hollow portions which are formed in the mass body at positions opposed to the respective first hollow portions and into which the respective support pins are inserted. Outer sides of inner peripheral edges of the respective first hollow portions in a radial direction of the rotating body serve as guide faces. Inner sides of inner peripheral edges of the respective second hollow portions in the radial direction of the rotating body serve as attachment faces. The guide faces and the attachment faces are formed as recessed curved faces. A distance between centers of curvature of the guide faces is shorter than a distance between centers of curvature of the attachment faces.

    摘要: A power transmission system having a pendulum damper is provided. A rolling member of the pendulum damper is arrange in a rotary member, and a vibration damping performance of the pendulum damper is enhanced by increasing an inertia moment of the rolling member to be larger than that of the rotary member. The power transmission system is comprised of a hydraulic route for transmitting power between an input member and an output member through a fluid coupling, a mechanical route for transmitting power between the input member and the output member by engaging a lockup clutch, a pendulum damper that damps torsional vibrations of the output member by an oscillating motion caused by the torsional vibrations, and an elastic damper that damps the torsional vibrations by a relative rotation between a drive member and a driven member connected through an elastic member. The pendulum damper is disposed on the mechanical route, and one of the lockup clutch and the elastic damper is disposed on an output side of the pendulum damper.

    摘要: A dynamic damper for attenuating torsional vibration of a rotary member, in which a weighted center of a rolling member is offset from a geometric center to trace an elliptical orbit of a cycloid pendulum. The dynamic damper including, a housing having a rolling surface on its inner surface is formed in a rotary member, and a rolling member held in the housing in a manner to be rolled on the rolling surface by torque pulse exerted on the rotary member. In the dynamic damper, a curvature of the rolling surface is entirely constant, and a radius of the rolling member is smaller than that of the rolling surface. A weighted center of the rolling member is offset from a geometric center thereof. The rolling member is guided by a guiding mechanism to roll on the rolling surface.

    摘要: A dynamic damper for attenuating torsional vibration of a rotary member irrespective of oscillation angle of a pendulum.The dynamic damper 1 comprises a pendulum 3 oscillated by torque pulse of the rotary member 2, and oscillation frequency of the pendulum 3 is tuned to a torque pulse frequency. In a suspending member of the pendulum, a pivot point P and an oscillation length L of the pendulum 3 are changed in accordance with an increase in an oscillation angle of the pendulum 3. Therefore, a mass of the pendulum 3 is allowed to oscillate while tracing an approximate cycloid path so that the torsional vibration of the rotary member 2 can be attenuated irrespective of oscillation angle of the pendulum 3.
