Abstract: A display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display device, and an inkjet printing method. The display substrate comprises a base substrate. A pixel definition layer is provided at the base substrate. The pixel definition layer is provided with a pixel area for accommodating print drops. A stepped hole having a step shape is formed in the pixel area. The stepped hole comprises at least two steps. A barrier wall is provided inside the stepped hole to separate the adjacent steps.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a defining solution for preparing a pixel defining layer configured to define individual pixels on a substrate, comprising: a lyophilic material, a lyophobic material and an initiator, wherein the lyophobic material comprises: a first lyophobic material and a second lyophobic material, and wherein a mass average molecular weight of the first lyophobic material is greater than a mass average molecular weight of the second lyophobic material, and a mass average molecular weight of the lyophilic material is greater than the mass average molecular weight of the first lyophobic material. The present disclosure further provides a display panel, a display apparatus and a method of preparing a pixel defining layer.

Abstract: A method of preparing organic functional layers of light-emitting device including: forming a plurality of holding portions in a pixel definition layer on a substrate; forming a plurality of ink droplets in the holding portions, the ink droplets including a first solvent, a second solvent and one or more solutes, a first saturated vapor pressure of the first solvent being higher than a second saturated vapor pressure of the second solvent, a solubility of the solutes in the first solvent being less than a solubility of the solutes in the second solvent, and a first affinity of lower parts of side walls of the holding portions for the first solvent is greater than a second affinity of the lower parts of the side walls of the holding portions for the second solvent; adjusting a vacuum degree of vacuum drying equipment to a first vacuum degree below the first saturated vapor pressure and above the second saturated vapor pressure to completely remove the first solvent; and adjusting the vacuum degree of the vacuum drying equipment to a second vacuum degree below the saturated vapor pressure of the second solvent to completely remove the second solvent.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a substrate includes forming a planarization layer, and forming the planarization layer includes: forming a first planarization sub-layer on a base substrate on which a patterned film layer has been formed. Abstract: A laminated Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The laminated OLED display panel includes: a pixel partition layer, which defines a plurality of openings; a first charge generate layer, which has a first doping type, being positioned on the pixel partition layer; and a second charge generate layer, which has a second doping type, being positioned on the first charge generate layer. The laminated OLED display panel further includes: a barrier layer, which is positioned between the first charge generation layer and the second charge generation layer and at least corresponds to a position of the pixel partition layer.
