A communication method and apparatus are provided, and relate to the field of communication technologies, to support a radio frequency identification RFID system in segmenting data based on a segmentation mechanism, simplify the segmentation mechanism, and reduce segmentation overheads. The method may be applied to the RFID system. A first protocol layer of a terminal device obtains first information that indicates a transport block size. If a size of a first data packet is greater than the transport block size, the first protocol layer segments the first data packet based on the transport block size, to obtain a plurality of first segmented data packets, and sends the plurality of first segmented data packets. The first data packet is a data packet received by the first protocol layer from a previous protocol layer. A size of the first segmented data packet is less than or equal to the transport block size.

This application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. In the method, M amplitude shift keying modulation symbols included in a first signal sent by a signal sending device are the same as M amplitude shift keying modulation symbols included in a second signal. In addition, bandwidth occupied by a first frequency domain signal of the first signal in frequency domain is half of that occupied by a second frequency domain signal of the second signal in frequency domain. In addition, the first signal is one OFDM symbol in time domain, and duration of the M amplitude shift keying modulation symbols carried by the first signal is the same as that of the M amplitude shift keying modulation symbols carried by the second signal.

This application provides a communication method, apparatus, and device, and a storage medium. The method includes: A first device determines a time domain resource starting from a start location of communication, where the time domain resource includes a first time domain resource and a second time domain resource, there is at an interval of a first interval duration between the first time domain resource and the second time domain resource, a time domain length of the first time domain resource is related to a first transmission duration, and a time domain length of the second time domain resource is a second transmission duration; and the first device communicates with a second device on the time domain resource. In this way, the first device and the second device communicate with each other in communication systems (such as an NR communication system).

A data transmission method and a device thereof are provided for tag access. The provided method includes: An answer device receives first signaling sent by a read/write device. The first signaling carries target flag information. The target flag information is used to determine the answer device. First flag information of the answer device matches the target flag information. The answer device determines a first slot, and sends first access information to the read/write device in the first slot. In the provided method, the first slot is determined, to avoid collision of different slots in a same slot in a next round, reduce a collision probability, and improve tag access efficiency.

Embodiments of this application provide a method for transmitting positioning assistance data and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, at least one positioning assistance data message sent by a positioning server, where the at least one positioning assistance data message is used to carry positioning assistance data; and broadcasting, by the network device, a system message to a terminal device, where the system message is used by the terminal device to obtain the positioning assistance data. According to the embodiments of this application, the network device broadcasts the system message to broadcast the positioning assistance data.

The signal transmitting method includes that a transmit end modulates a first frequency band that corresponds to a first signal to be transmitted by the single carrier system onto a second frequency band that corresponds to a second signal to be transmitted by the multicarrier system, to obtain a transmit signal including at least the first signal and/or the second signal. A spacing between a center frequency of a first subchannel and a center frequency of a second subchannel is an integer multiple of a spacing between two adjacent second subchannels. A signal bandwidth that corresponds to the first subchannel is less than or equal to a signal bandwidth that corresponds to the second subchannel. The method includes transmitting the transmit signal to a receive end for completing reception of the first signal and the second signal.

This disclosure provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. In some aspects, a network device receives first indication information from a core network device, where the first indication information indicates the network device to trigger, after receiving uplink data from a first terminal device, a second terminal device to access the network device. After the network device receives first uplink data from the first terminal device, the network device triggers the second terminal device to access the network device. According to the method, complexity of data transmission and processing procedures of an inventory taking procedure transplanted to a cellular network can be reduced, so that an inventory taking rate of terminal devices and a communication capacity of a system are effectively improved.

This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The method includes: receiving, by an access network device from a core network device, a first group identifier of a first terminal group and an identifier of a terminal included in the first terminal group; and sending, by the access network device, the first group identifier and a second group identifier of the first terminal group to the terminal included in the first terminal group. The first group identifier and the second group identifier are used to indicate a paging occasion for the first terminal group, and a paging message for the first terminal group is transmitted on a first physical channel. The technical solutions in the embodiments of this application can improve system efficiency.
