A video media playing method includes: A media server receives a call request message from originating UE, where the call request message includes first session description protocol (SDP) information of the originating UE; the media server receives a first response message returned by terminating user equipment (UE); the media server determines, based on the first response message, that the terminating UE does not support a resource reservation mechanism/procedure; the media server sends a second response message to the originating UE, where the second response message includes second SDP information used to respond to the first SDP information; and the media server performs video media negotiation with the originating UE through the resource reservation mechanism/procedure.
Abstract:
An image enhancement method calculates a central response value of a target pixel based on an original pixel value of the target pixel. The method includes calculating a first total suppression value of the target pixel, where the values of suppression to the target pixel from the neighborhood pixels refer to values representing suppression effects imposed by the neighborhood pixels on the target pixel. When the central response value is greater than the first total suppression value, the first total suppression value is subtracted from the central response value, and the difference is used as a pixel value of the target pixel after image enhancement. When the central response value is less than the first total suppression value, a value 0 is used as a pixel value of the target pixel after image enhancement.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose an image processing method and an apparatus. The image processing method includes: receiving information of starting a first camera and a second camera simultaneously to perform photographing; using the first camera to photograph and obtain a first image, and using the second camera to photograph and obtain a second image; and displaying the first image and the second image simultaneously. In the embodiments of the present invention, two cameras are started simultaneously to perform bidirectional photographing, and the images taken by both cameras are displayed simultaneously, so that front and back scene images are captured simultaneously and a panoramic image is obtained.

This disclosure provides a network control method, an apparatus, and a system, to manage an IP network and an optical network together, thereby properly controlling use of resources of an entire network. The method includes: obtaining first link state information and second link state information, where the first link state information is used to indicate a link state of an Internet Protocol IP network, and the second link state information is used to indicate a link state of an optical network; determining third link state information based on the first link state information and the second link state information, where the third link state information includes the link state of the IP network and the link state of the optical network; and computing a path based on the third link state information.
