Abstract: A communication method, and a communications apparatus. The method includes: a terminal device determines uplink information; when the uplink information is first feedback information, the terminal device determines a first uplink control channel resource corresponding to the first feedback information, and sends the first feedback information on the first uplink control channel resource; or when the uplink information includes A-CSI, the terminal device determines a second uplink control channel resource corresponding to the uplink information, and sends the uplink information on the second uplink control channel resource, where the first uplink control channel resource is different from the second uplink control channel resource. Therefore, a network device identifies, according to the control channel resource for the received uplink information, whether the uplink information includes the A-CSI, so that the uplink information can be correctly received without times of blind detection, and receiving complexity is low.

Abstract: This application provides a feedback information transmission method and a related apparatus. When the first PUCCH resource overlaps the downlink symbol or the flexible symbol in time domain, the terminal device may switch the HARQ feedback information to another time unit for sending. This resolves low data transmission reliability because the HARQ feedback information cannot be sent and is discarded when the first PUCCH resource overlaps the downlink symbol or the flexible symbol.

Abstract: A communication method and a communications apparatus are provided. A principle of the method is as follows. Currently, for downlink data transmitted in a semi-persistent scheduling manner, only 1-bit acknowledgment information can be fed back in one time unit. However, as a transmission periodicity P of the downlink data transmitted in the semi-persistent scheduling manner becomes smaller, multi-bit acknowledgment information may need to be fed back in one time unit. In view of this, this application provides a communication method and a communications apparatus to feed back multi-bit acknowledgment information in one time unit. First, multi-bit acknowledgment information to-be-sent in one time unit is determined; then N acknowledgment codebooks are generated, where the N acknowledgment codebooks are used to carry the multi-bit acknowledgment information; and finally, the N acknowledgment codebooks are sent in the time unit.

Abstract: A method for transmitting automatic repeat request acknowledgement feedback information supporting a multicast service and an apparatus are provided. Abstract: A method for aggregation transmission of multi-user downlink data and an apparatus. A network device performs, based on a specific aggregation rule, bit aggregation on downlink data of a terminal device in a terminal device group, performs channel encoding and modulation on data obtained through the bit aggregation, and sends the data to a plurality of terminal devices participating in aggregation transmission. Each terminal device that receives the downlink data obtains, based on the aggregation rule, respective downlink data from the received data obtained through the bit aggregation. According to this method, the network device performs channel encoding on an aggregated bit sequence, thereby increasing a sequence length before encoding, and improving a coding gain.

Abstract: This application provides a link failure detection method. A terminal device measures quality of radio links corresponding to reference signals in a set. When any one of the radio links is of poor quality, and not all of the radio links are of poor quality, the terminal device notifies a network device of the radio link of poor quality. Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a downlink control channel monitoring method and apparatus. A terminal device sends N groups of blind monitoring capability parameters to a network device. The monitoring capability parameters include: a reference value of an interval between monitoring spans, a reference value of duration of a monitoring span, and a reference value of a monitoring capability in the monitoring span. The terminal device determines K monitoring spans in a slot based on the N groups of monitoring capability parameters, and allocates a monitoring capability of the terminal device to the K monitoring spans based on the N groups of monitoring capability parameters. The terminal device may further perform blind detection on a downlink control channel in the K monitoring spans based on monitoring capabilities in the K monitoring spans.
