Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a channel information reporting method and an apparatus. The method includes: A communication apparatus measures a plurality of reference signals from a plurality of radio access network devices, and determines first delay information and first channel information based on the plurality of reference signals; performs delay compensation on the first channel information based on the first delay information, to determine second channel information; determines a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) based on the second channel information, where the PMI indicates the second channel information; and reports the first delay information and the PMI.
