    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a MU-MIMO data transmission method, to implement pairing scheduling on UE and improve resource usage. The method includes: obtaining, by a base station, a first precoding matrix indicator PMI of first user equipment UE, where a first rank of the first UE is 1; obtaining, by the base station, a second PMI of second UE, where a second rank of the second UE is 1, and a weighted value corresponding to the first PMI and a weighted value corresponding to the second PMI form a weighted value corresponding to a third PMI whose rank is 2; and separately performing, by the base station by using the third PMI and a same time-frequency resource, data transmission with the first UE and the second UE that are paired, where a pairing gain of the first UE and the second UE is greater than a preset threshold.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for sending control channel information based on multi-sector cell networking. The method includes: obtaining, according to an uplink signal sent by a user equipment, uplink signal strength information corresponding to each sector, where each sector uses a same cell identification, and the uplink signal strength information is used to indicate a level corresponding uplink signal strength; selecting a working sector for the user equipment from the sectors according to the uplink signal strength information corresponding to each sector; and sending control channel information to the user equipment through the working sector, and not skipping sending control channel information to the user equipment through the sectors except the working sector.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multi-antenna transmission method in a co-cell network. The co-cell network includes a first cell and a second cell. The first cell corresponds to two physical antennas, and the second cell corresponds to two physical antennas different from the two physical antennas corresponding to the first cell. In one example method, a base station performs four-antenna precoding processing for a scheduled terminal. The four-antenna precoding processing generates four logical antenna port signals. The base station maps the four logical antenna port signals to the four physical antennas. The base station sends, to the terminal, the four logical antenna port signals through the mapped four physical antennas.

    Abstract: A resources allocation method for a user equipment is provided. The user equipment locates in a cell and multiple radio remote units share the cell. The method includes: measuring a test value of a reference signal of the user equipment in the cell under each radio remote unit; calculating a difference between the test value of the reference signal of the user equipment under the work radio remote unit and that of the reference signal under another radio remote unit in the cell; if the difference is not smaller than a preset value, the radio remote unit with the maximum test value is the only work radio remote unit, and if the difference is smaller than the preset value, the another radio remote unit is selected as another work radio remote unit.     Abstract: A transport block retransmission method and a base station are described. In the method, for first m retransmissions of a transmission block (TB), a closed-loop spatial multiplexing transmit manner for initial transmission of the TB is maintained. The method may also include, for last N-m retransmissions of the TB, a transmit manner is changed into an open-loop transmit manner when a transmission mode remains unchanged. Retransmission of the TB in the open-loop transmit manner can improve reliability of data transmission, reduce a quantity of retransmissions of the TB, reduce a residual block error rate and a voice packet loss rate, and ensure that a closed-loop gain can be effectively obtained.
