The collected information includes at least one of the following: reflected-light information of a user, thermal radiation information of the user, or image information of the user. The processing apparatus determines, based on the collected information, a first optical receiver unit that is in the detector and that collects ROI information of the user. The processing apparatus determines, based on a correspondence between optical receiver units and time units, a first time unit corresponding to the first optical receiver unit. The processing apparatus increases an irradiation power of a light source in the first time unit.
