Abstract:
A slow-motion video shooting method includes detecting that a preset motion occurs on a main object in a video stream; determining a first video clip in the video stream based on the preset motion; determining a first frame rate based on the preset motion; and processing the first video clip based on the first frame rate to obtain a second video clip, where a play time of the second video clip at a target play frame rate is greater than a collection time of the first video clip, and the first frame rate is greater than the target play frame rate. When a main object for shooting moves, the first video clip, for example, a highlight clip, is obtained from the video stream, so that an electronic device can accurately capture a highlight moment of the main object.
Abstract:
The method includes: obtaining, by UE, UE capability information of the UE; if the size of the UE capability information exceeds the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer of the UE, splitting the UE capability information into at least two pieces of part UE capability information, where each piece does not exceed the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer; and reporting at least one piece of part UE capability information to a network side device. According to this method, the UE capability information is split on a UE side, and reported to the network side device for a plurality of times.

A method for reporting UE capability information includes: obtaining, by user equipment (UE), UE capability information of the UE; when the size of the UE capability information exceeds the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer of the UE, splitting the UE capability information into at least two pieces of UE capability information, where each piece does not exceed the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer; and reporting at least one piece of the at least two pieces of UE capability information to a network side device. According to this method, the UE capability information is split on a UE side, and reported to the network side device for a plurality of times, so as to avoid an error caused when the UE capability information exceeds the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer, and ensure normal operating of a UE capability information reporting process.
Abstract:
A data communication method includes: a Radio Network Controller (RNC) sends a notification message to a Node B to instruct the Node B to perform proper operations after a specific event occurs on the User Equipment (UE). A data communication system, a data sending apparatus and a data receiving apparatus are also provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Through the technical solution under the present disclosure, when specific events such as cell handover, disconnection and state transition occur on the UE, the RNC that obtains the event information may send a notification message to Node B to instruct the Node B to perform proper operations. Therefore, the Node B is prevented from continuing to send the buffered UE data from the source cell; and in the Cell_FACH state, the present disclosure saves the radio channel resources, shortens the transmission delay, and reduces the transmission packet loss ratio.

Abstract:
This disclosure provides an antenna and a base station. The antenna includes a reflector, an insulation support bracket, and a feed network. The insulation support bracket is located on a side of the reflector and includes a first insulation support plate. The feed network and the insulation support bracket are located on the same side of the reflector, the feed network is connected to the insulation support bracket, and the feed network includes a phase-shifting strip line and a first sliding dielectric plate. The first insulation support plate, the phase-shifting strip line, the first sliding dielectric plate, and the reflector are sequentially disposed in a first direction. A reference ground of a phase shifter of the antenna provided in this disclosure is a single-side reference ground, and a structure is simple, so that the antenna can be more lightweight and miniaturized.
Abstract:
A video shooting method includes: enabling a camera function; determining a first video recording template in response to a first operation of a user, where the first video recording template includes a first example sample, a second example sample, and preset audio; maintaining a position of an electronic device and starting video recording in response to a second operation of the user; and automatically generating a synthetic video, where the synthetic video includes a first video clip, a second video clip, and the preset audio, the first video clip is a video clip generated in the first camera movement mode, and the second video clip is a video clip generated in the second camera movement mode. In this manner, a plurality of video clips obtained in various camera movement modes may be synthesized into a video configured with audio.

Abstract:
In the communications system, according to reference load information and reference traffic information, a decision network element determines target traffic control information and sends the target traffic control information to an execution network element, where the target traffic control information indicates a processing policy of a request of a target service; and the execution network element executes, for the target service, the processing policy of the service request of the target service according to the target traffic control information.
