    Abstract: An efficient alert process is realized and effectiveness of surveillance is improved when surveilling various incidents that occur within a surveillance area. In a video surveillance system for detecting a plurality of incidents in a surveillance area using a video that captured the surveillance area, provided are a calculation unit which detects an image of a person and/or an object from the video, and calculates an incident feature quantity as a feature quantity representing a status of a detected person and/or a feature quantity of a detected object, and a determination unit which detects an occurrence of the incident based on the incident feature quantity, and determines subjects to be alerted of an occurred incident, which is a detected incident, from a type of the occurred incident and a determination accuracy of the occurred incident.

    Abstract: An event analysis system capable of appropriately estimating a specific event is provided. Provided are an estimation unit that estimates a track of a person based on video data acquired by a camera, a determination unit that determines, based on determination information for determining a specific event, whether or not the track estimated by the estimation unit corresponds to the specific event, a filter unit that removes, based on normal event information for identifying a normal event, the normal event from the events that have been determined by the determination unit to correspond to the specific event, and an output unit that outputs information indicating that the event is occurring after the normal event has been removed by the filter unit.

    Abstract: An image processing device includes a processor, a storage unit coupled to the processor and storing an image database, and a display unit coupled to the processor. The processor obtains arrangement information of a first object on the display unit when the processor accepts an input of the first object via the display unit. The processor obtains first co-occurrence information using the first object and the arrangement information of the first object. The first co-occurrence information indicates a correlation relationship with the first object based on the image database. The processor outputs a candidate for a second object based on the first co-occurrence information to the display unit.

    Abstract: An object is to provide a machine learning device that can reliably and promptly improve image classification accuracy. A machine learning device of the present invention includes: an image database that stores a plurality of images and image features of these images; and a processor that is connected to this image database and that performs machine learning using the plurality of images and the image features stored in the image database, and the processor preferentially selects a predetermined number of images that are images other than images used in past machine learning and that have the low similarities to the images used in the past machine learning, as images used for machine learning from among the images stored in the image database, and performs new machine learning using the selected images.
