The contact carrier is constructed such that the holding element and the contact element can be inserted into the main body from an attachment side which is situated opposite a plug-in side.

摘要: This disclosure addresses the problem of aluminum and in particular stranded aluminum wires, which generally do not well bond to other metals such as e.g. copper or brass. In the long term, transition resistance changes, in particular under the influence of oxygen and due to the energizing with high currents. There is also a need for high-current connectors that can be flexibly strapped and field-wired. This disclosure provides a heavy-duty plug-type connector having at least one crimp contact, the transition between a crimping region formed of aluminum and a contact region formed of copper being shifted to the cylindrical or at least rotationally symmetric crimp contact. The stranded wire can thus be crimped with the crimp contact without the aforementioned problems. Furthermore, an additional inner thread and a pin that the can screwed into it are provided in the crimping region.

摘要: In parallel screw connections, which are preferably used in series terminals, the transmission of force from the connection screw to electric conductors which have different diameters is not always optimal. As a solution, the clamping element is mounted in or on the connection housing both in a movable manner as well as in a rotational manner about a rotational axis. By screwing the connection screw, the clamping element is moved in the direction of the electric conductor, mechanically contacts the electric conductor, is rotated by further screwing the connection screw about the rotational axis, and thus presses the electric conductor against the busbar with a corresponding degree of force. In this manner, an optimal pressing force is ensured independently of the respective diameter of the electric conductor.

摘要: Disclosed is an electrical contact element for contacting an electrical strand conductor, wherein the electrical contact element has a connecting side and a plugging side. A splicing element is provided in a connecting sleeve that forms the connecting side so as to electrically contact an electrical strand conductor in a more effective manner. The splicing element is provided for the purpose of separating out the individual strands of the conductor, contacting as large as possible a surface of the individual strands and penetrating the surface of the strands during a squeezing or crimping action. The arrangement provides a reliable, electrical contact of strand conductors in which a surface of the individual strands that is not suitable for being contacted and is poorly conductive is penetrated.
