摘要: A multiple circuit duplex module comprising a chassis having an electrical chassis receptacle providing a plurality of connection points for the selection of power from two or more different circuits; a duplex element having at least one electrical duplex receptacle thereon to deliver power from one of the two or more different circuits to an external device in electrical contact with the at least one duplex receptacle; first conductor means for electrically connecting the at least one duplex receptacle to selected connection points in the chassis receptacle; wherein the duplex element is connectable to the chassis in different orientations, the orientation of the duplex element determining which one of the two or more different circuits is electrically connected to the at least one duplex receptacle.

A sliding door apparatus including a longitudinally extending track member mountable along an upper edge of an opening and a door movably mountable on the track member for sliding movement thereon between opened and closed positions. A damping structure is disposed within the track member and is actuatable in response to the sliding movement of the door to break the door's movement as it approaches its opened and closed positions.

摘要: A system for connecting modular walls includes a position retention mechanism configured to releasably retain a plurality of wall modules together. In one implementation, the position retention mechanism includes opposing front and back surfaces or walls, and one or more channels formed therebetween. The position retention mechanism is further configured with a plurality of spring tabs positioned within the one or more channels, wherein the spring tabs are configured to lock into a plurality of opposing connector interfaces corresponding to the opposing wall modules, such that the positioning retaining mechanism secures adjacent, opposing wall modules together. The position retention mechanism can further be configured with different surfaces to connect or hold a variety of components of various shapes together.

摘要: A virtual connector post (or customized wall module intersection) includes a variable angle connector assembled with a plurality of position retention mechanisms and a corresponding plurality of connector interfaces of corresponding wall modules. The virtual connector post can be varied for virtually any shape or design simply by varying the shape of the variable angle connector(s) used therein. In particular, the variable angle connector can be arbitrarily shaped so that the ultimately joined wall modules form a corresponding, non-standard angle, such as non-right angles between wall modules in a given partition. The variable angle connectors and corresponding position retention mechanisms can be securely fastened between multiple wall modules at any number of arbitrary points along the length of a partition.

摘要: A system for partitioning an interior space includes a plurality of slotted, horizontal and vertical frame components configured for stable, permanent or temporary mountings. In one implementation, the frame components are configured to receive a plurality of different panels, such as glass or resin panels (or panes). The panels can be assembled with the frame components on site into virtually any length or shape, and can further be removed and replaced on-site as needed or desired without necessarily requiring complicated deconstruction efforts. In one implementation, a manufacturer can prepare preliminary assembly into which a plurality of different panels are inserted in any horizontal or vertical alignment. The manufacturer can the position an end frame-component to complete the sub-assembly after the different panels are inserted therein.
