Abstract:
A foldable plastic slider for straddling relation with a profiled plastic zipper. The straddling slider for closing or opening the zipper by movement therealong, comprising: a transverse support member including opposing sides, a pair of legs depending from the opposing sides of the support member, and a pair of wings hingedly attached to the opposing sides. Each wing has an opening for receiving its respective leg, and each wing has a cored out cross piece. The cored out cross piece has a solid ramp latch. The wings are folded relative to the support member and the latches engage the legs to assemble the slider on the zipper in a closed sidewall position.
Abstract:
A gun can be powered by a cartridge of pressurized gas or by pressurized air. The gun includes a valve body which provides a pressure reservoir for storing pressurized gas or air. When the gun is fired, pressurized gas or air is discharged from the pressure reservoir and propels a projectile out of the barrel of the gun. An air pump is mounted on the gun for supplying pressurized air to the pressure reservoir. An adapter assembly is mounted on the gun for holding a cartridge of compressed gas. The adapter assembly includes an adapter housing and a plunger which is slidably mounted in the adapter housing. The plunger is movable between a sealing position in which the plunger sealingly engages the adapter housing and an exhaust position in which pressurized gas or air from the pressure reservoir can flow out of the adapter housing. The plunger is maintained in the sealing position by a gas cartridge or by a plug which can be screwed into the adapter housing. A check valve in the plunger permits pressurized gas to flow through the plunger into the pressure reservoir but prevents pressurized gas or air to flow from the pressure reservoir through the plunger.
Abstract:
A gun includes a frame and a pivoting barrel assembly which is releasably latched in a firing position by a pair of flexible and resilient latches on the barrel assembly which engage shoulders on the frame. A trigger is slidably mounted on the frame for movement between a rest position and a firing position. A projectile loader is mounted on the frame at the breech end of the barrel assembly for movement between a loading position and a firing position. The loader is provided with an opening which is aligned with a magazine in the frame when the loader is in the loading position and is aligned with the bore of the barrel assembly when the loader is in the firing position. A camming ramp on the trigger is engageable with the loader for moving the loader between the loading and firing positions as the trigger moves between the rest and firing positions. A trigger interlock is movably mounted on the frame and engages the trigger when the barrel assembly is out of the firing position for preventing the trigger from moving to the firing position. The trigger interlock is moved out of engagement with the trigger by the barrel assembly when the barrel assembly moves to the firing position.
