Abstract: This endoscopic surgical device includes: an endoscope; a treatment tool; and a mantle tube. The inside of the mantle tube is partitioned by a partition wall member provided with an endoscope guide groove and a treatment-tool guide groove, to form an endoscope insertion passage and a treatment-tool insertion passage. An endoscope fixation tool and a treatment-tool fixation tool are respectively disposed inside the endoscope guide groove and the treatment-tool guide groove. The endoscope fixation tool advances and retracts in conjunction with the endoscope insertion part inserted through the endoscope insertion passage. The treatment-tool fixation tool moves in conjunction with the treatment-tool insertion part inserted through the treatment-tool insertion passage. When a coupling ring externally fitted to the partition wall member interlocks the endoscope fixation tool with the treatment-tool fixation tool, the endoscope insertion part also moves in conjunction with the advancement and retraction of the treatment-tool insertion part.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic surgery device and an outer tube, capable of easily obtaining an image desired by an operator to facilitate treatment as well as of performing minimally invasive surgery. In the endoscopic surgery device and the outer tube, an endoscope and a treatment tool are inserted into a body cavity through an outer tube. The outer tube is provided with a built-in slider. The slider is provided so as to be axially movable in the outer tube body. The endoscope and the treatment tool, inserted into the outer tube, are held by the slider. Moving the treatment tool allows endoscope to be moved in conjunction with the movement of the treatment tool.

Abstract: Provided is a surgical apparatus for an endoscope with which an operator can change, as desired, the size of an image of a site to be observed that appears in an endoscopic image obtained by an endoscope or the size of the range of the site to be observed. An image processing unit (zooming means) of a processor device changes a zoom magnification factor of an endoscopic image from an endoscope through electronic zooming on the basis of the operation of a foot switch. In the non-sensing region of the slider, the activation and deactivation of the zooming operation by the foot switch are switched according to a relative position of a distal end of the endoscope with respect to a distal end of the treatment tool.

Abstract: A distal end of an endoscope insertion passage of an overtube is provided with a fluid supply and discharge port. When an observation window of the endoscope insertion part inserted through the endoscope insertion passage is cleaned, an operator can set a distal end surface at a predetermined positioning position using a positioning mechanism, without extracting the endoscope insertion part from the endoscope insertion passage. A concave cleaning storage part that communicates with the fluid supply and discharge port is formed inside the endoscope insertion passage on the distal end side. Cleaning water is supplied from the fluid supply and discharge port to remove foreign matter from the observation window, and stored in the cleaning storage part, and then, the cleaning water stored in the cleaning storage part is suctioned from the fluid supply and discharge port.

Abstract: An overtube, which is punctured into a body wall and guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity, includes an interlocking member that interlocks the forward and backward movements of the endoscope and the treatment tool with each other. The interlocking member is constituted of a first sleeve coupled to the endoscope, a second sleeve coupled to the treatment tool, and a coupling member having an elastic body, which couples the first sleeve and the second sleeve together. Accordingly, in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is small, the endoscope interlocks with the forward and backward movement of the treatment tool at a slow response, and in a case where the stretching of the coupling member is large, the endoscope interlock with the forward and backward movement of a treatment tool at a quick response.

Abstract: An overtube to be inserted into a body wall is provided with an endoscope insertion passage and a treatment tool insertion passage, the treatment tool insertion passage is provided parallel to a reference axis of the overtube, and the endoscope insertion passage is provided obliquely to the reference axis. An endoscope engagement part engaged with the endoscope in the slider is movable in an upward-downward direction, and moves upward and downward along the position of the oblique endoscope insertion passage together with the movement of the slider in the forward-backward direction.

Abstract: An overtube includes a slider within an overtube body, which guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity. A fluid-supplying connector that is provided on a base end surface of the overtube body, and has an axial direction that is made parallel to a longitudinal axis of the overtube body, and is detachably connected to an air supply tube for sending fluid into the body cavity through an internal space of the overtube body.
