摘要: A component attachment apparatus picks up a first component supplied to supply position of a first stick feeder with a head, assembles the first component and a second component by inserting a lead of the first component held by the head into an insertion hole of the second component supplied to supply position of a second stick feeder, and then attaches the assembly to a board. Therefore, in comparison with a case where the first component attached to the second component after the second component is attached to the board, it is possible to stably attach the components to the board with low influence of warping of the board.

摘要: A recognition device includes an imaging device that images a tip of the lead of a lead component multiple times at different shutter speeds, and multiple pieces of captured image data corresponding to the multiple times of imaging are generated. Then, it is determined whether the tip position of the lead is recognizable based on each of the multiple pieces of captured image data, and a shutter speed between the fastest shutter speed and the slowest shutter speed among the shutter speeds at the time of imaging according to the pieces of captured image data, which are determined to be recognizable, is determined as the optimum shutter speed. By determining the optimum shutter speed in this manner, the exposure light amount at the time of imaging can be stabilized regardless of the shape of the tip of the lead, and the tip position of the lead can be appropriately recognized.

摘要: With a recognition device of the present invention, when a target component that is an imaging target is moved in a direction from one to another of an upper limit imaging position and a lower limit imaging position, a protruding section of the target component is imaged at each of a predetermined pitch (0.1 mm). Then, it is determined whether it is possible to recognize the position of the protruding section of the target component based on image data of each pitch (O: recognition possible, X: recognition not possible). Here, from among imaging positions (H4 to H10) according to image data for which it was determined to be possible to recognize the position of the protruding section of the target component, a position (H7) that is at a central point between a position closest to the upper limit imaging position (H4) and a position closest to the lower limit imaging position (H10) is decided as a recommended imaging position. By this, it is possible to image the protruding section close to a central point inside the emitting range of the light emitted from the light source, meaning that the protruding section is appropriately imaged and the position of the protruding section can be appropriately recognized.
