Abstract: This invention relates to a carrier apparatus and more specifically, to a shoulder strap, harness, or tool belt for carrying accessory items. In an embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is fashioned as a tool belt or accessory sling that provides for hands free carrying of accessory items and is suitable for persons that need to use at least one hand or arm for other activities. The apparatus is designed to carry at least one (easily accessible) accessory item such as a tool or device attachment. The apparatus includes a main strap that is adjustable to provide customized sizing.
