Abstract:
An operation method of a CP operating in an ultra-dense cooperative transmission network may include: obtaining a large-scale propagation gain (LPG) matrix representing channel gains between M access points (APs) and K user terminals, M being a natural number greater than or equal to 1, and K being a natural number greater than or equal to 1; obtaining information on a required power consumption; and transmitting, to at least part of the M APs, a control message indicating the at least part of the M APs to perform a control operation for reducing power consumption of the ultra-dense cooperative transmission network based on the required power consumption and the LPG matrix.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for transmitting paging information in a cellular system. An object of the method is transmitting paging information which can improve applicability of a limited radio resource by variably and flexibly setting up and mapping a transport channel and a physical channel in order to transmit information notifying start of downlink information from a base station to a terminal in a cellular system for packet transmission. The method includes the steps of: forming a paging channel (PCH) in a transport channel corresponding to generation of paging information; setting a paging indication channel (PICH) based on the paging information and forming the paging indication channel in a radio resource of a physical layer; and allocating the paging channel to the radio resource of the physical layer.
Abstract:
Provided is a method of transmitting and receiving data using a persistent allocation scheme in order to effectively support a voice service between a base station and a mobile terminal in a packet based mobile communication system. When an error occurs in transmitting control information that indicates whether to use a radio resource using the persistent allocation scheme, the base station may retransmit the control information and thereby maintain a communication quality.
Abstract:
A method of reestablishing a radio link which is performed by a wireless communication device that communicates with a peer node includes monitoring quality of a radio link used for communication with the peer node, determining whether radio link reestablishment is needed when the quality of the radio link is less than or equal to a reference value, determining a beam search parameter using at least one of information on the activation status of the radio link and mobility information of the peer node, performing a beam search necessary for radio link reestablishment according to the beam search parameter, and reestablishing a radio link with the peer node using a found beam.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a random access data transmission system and method using OFDMA. The system includes a scheduling ID into an access grant on a preamble for a random access, and transmits it together with an acknowledgment or a non-acknowledgment of the preamble, a base station uses the scheduling ID to notify the mobile station of a random access data transmittable time and a data transmission channel through a control channel, and the mobile station transmits a preamble in advance. After receiving a transmission assignment instruction corresponding to a scheduling ID through the control channel, the mobile station transmits random access data through an assigned channel.
Abstract:
An operation method of a CP may include: collecting, from terminals or ANs, information on AN(s) to which each of the terminals is connectable, and determining a set of active AN(s) based on the information; adjusting connections between active AN(s) and the terminals based on cooperative transmission constraints; calculating first energy efficiency according to the active AN(s), and calculating second energy efficiency in a state in which at least one AN of active AN(s) is deactivated or activated; and maintaining the set of active AN(s) when second energy efficiency is not improved over first energy efficiency, and updating the set of active AN(s) by excluding or further including the at least one AN when second energy efficiency is improved over first energy efficiency, and performing iteratively from the calculating first energy efficiency and second energy efficiency.

Abstract:
A radio link setup method performed by a first communication node constituting a wireless communication network may comprise transmitting a first master discovery signal including a first sector identifier and a first beam index of the first communication node to a second communication node by using a master sector among a plurality of sectors of the first communication node; receiving a first slave discovery signal including a second sector identifier and a second beam index of the second communication node receiving the first master discovery signal; in response to the first slave discovery signal, transmitting a feedback message including the second sector identifier and the second beam index to the second communication node; and determining a beam for transmission and reception with the second communication node based on the first sector identifier, the first beam index, the second sector identifier, and the second beam index.
