Abstract: Provided is a network access management method of a terminal, the method including determining whether a terminal located adjacent to a railway dedicated wireless communication network is a common terminal or a railway dedicated terminal, based on a unique identifier (ID) of the terminal, and handing over the terminal to a different communication network allowing an access based on a result of the determining.
