Abstract: Disclosed herein is a solar light-radioisotope hybrid battery, which is used as a solar battery and a radioisotope battery when sunlight is applied, and is used as a radioisotope battery when sunlight is not applied. The solar light-radioisotope hybrid battery includes: a semiconductor layer producing an electron-hole pair; and a radioisotope layer formed on the semiconductor layer and emitting a radioactive ray to the semiconductor layer.
