    Abstract: A device for distributing a load and managing power of a virtual server cluster includes a monitoring unit configured to monitor a load distribution condition on server nodes included in a server cluster and a dynamic state of each of the server nodes, a server node information storage unit configured to store static state information of each of the server nodes, a policy determination unit configured to determine a load distribution policy and a power management policy for each of the server nodes using monitoring information and the static state information stored in the server node information storage unit, and a controller configured to control conversion of each of the server nodes into an active state or an inactive state according to the power management policy, and distribution of a load of a service request requested by a service client to activated server nodes according to the load distribution policy.

    Abstract: An apparatus for controlling load allocation in a cluster system includes a cluster module having a plurality of target nodes and a cluster power management module. The cluster power management module analyzes resource usage of the target nodes by monitoring the load states of the target nodes. The cluster power management module adaptively allocates loads to the target nodes based on the analyzed resource usage and N allocation thresholds settled in response to an increase of the analyzed resource usage. The cluster power management module controls the target nodes so that the power state can be changed with the adaptively allocated loads.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for deep learning-based coreference resolution using a dependency relation. An apparatus for deep learning-based coreference resolution according to the present invention includes a training data generation module that extracts one or more natural language sentences from a natural language paragraph and performs dependency parsing on the natural language sentences to generate dependency relation data of the natural language sentences, an embedding module that generates an integrated embedding vector for the natural language paragraph based on the natural language sentence and the dependency relation data, and a coreference resolution module that trains a deep learning neural network based on the integrated embedding vector and a first coreference mention preset for the natural language paragraph to generate a coreference resolution model.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a device for transmitting and receiving a signal, the method including: identifying a downlink signal-only transmission section in which a first electronic device transmits a downlink signal to a second electronic device, and transmitting the signal in the downlink signal-only transmission section; detecting at least one symbol that has a power value relatively higher than a predetermined threshold value; estimating, on the basis of the detected at least one symbol, an interference channel in which a self-interference signal occurs; detecting the self-interference signal; and identifying an FDX transmission section in which an uplink signal is received from the second electronic device and the downlink signal is transmitted simultaneously, and processing transmission of the downlink signal and reception of the uplink signal in the FDX transmission section, wherein the reception of the uplink signal is processed by removing the self-interference signal occurring in the interference channel.
