摘要： A substance delivery device including a casing formed by a first casing portion for a substance reservoir including a piston, a piston rod movable in an advancing direction to move the piston toward an outlet of the reservoir to deliver the substance, a dosing element which performs a dosing movement relative to the casing and, together with the piston rod, performs a delivery movement in the advancing direction, a dosing member connected to the dosing element wherein the dosing member is movable generally transversely to the piston rod to enable the piston rod to be moved counter to the advancing direction, a resetting element movably connected to the first casing portion to perform dosing member and piston rod disengaging and engaging movements, and a cam gear coupling the resetting element to the dosing member, wherein the cam gear forms a guiding rail on which the dosing member is guided.

摘要： An injection device including a needle cover, a casing, an injection mechanism, and a needle holder including an injection needle, wherein the needle cover is carried by the casing such that it can be moved, against a restoring force, from a protecting position, past an injection position, and into an assembling position. In the protecting position, the needle cover extends beyond the skin penetrating tip of the injection needle and, in the injection position, the needle cover is short of the tip. In the assembling position, the needle cover allows access to the needle holder, whereby the needle holder can be gripped and connected to or detached from the casing.

A transmission displaceable by at least one spring traverses a first partial path for sticking the injection needle and a second partial path for emptying the active agent from the syringe. The at least one spring acts between the transmission and an intermediate part, and another spring acts between the intermediate part and a support fixedly connected to the receiver. An indicator visible from the outside is connected to the intermediate part, moves only during the second partial path, and traverses a path length that is substantially smaller that the sum of both partial paths.
