Abstract: In one embodiment, a lighting fixture adapter includes a sliding rail structure configured to slidably receive an insert and a mounting slot positioned below the sliding rail structure and configured with one or more mounting holes at a bottom of the mounting slot. The insert may be configured to be secured to a mounting position. The one or more mounting holes may be configured to receive one or more mounting features to secure a lighting device to the lighting fixture adapter. A position of the insert in the sliding rail structure is adjustable within a length range of the sliding rail structure.

Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) module of an LED luminaire assembly for a harsh and hazardous environment is provided. The LED module includes an LED assembly, a single-piece lens assembly, and an adhesive sealant. The LED assembly includes a plurality of LEDs. The single-piece lens assembly includes a plurality of lenses, wherein the lens assembly includes a groove defining a complete loop and surrounding the plurality of lenses, the lens assembly coupled to the LED assembly, and the plurality of lenses covering at least one of the plurality of LEDs. The adhesive sealant is disposed in the groove and bonded to the lens assembly, the adhesive sealant sealing off the plurality of LEDs from an ambient environment around the LED module.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an LED explosion-proof lamp. The LED explosion-proof lamp includes a lighting portion having a first engagement structure and a first positioning hole, a connecting portion detachably connected to the lighting portion and having a second engagement structure, a second positioning hole, and an opening suitable for accommodating the support rod of the LED explosion-proof lamp, a positioning member detachably inserted into the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, wherein one of the first engagement structure and the second engagement structure is configured as a sliding groove, and the other of the first engagement structure and the second engagement structure is configured as a protrusion adapted to be inserted into the sliding groove and movable along the sliding groove. The LED explosion-proof lamp has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing and assembly, and high structural strength.
