A vehicle connection device of a vehicle battery charging system has a vehicle contact unit including a base with a contacting area in which at least one first contact electrode, at least one second contact electrode and at least one third contact electrode. The vehicle connection device is moveable towards the ground contact unit in a contact direction and an aligning actuator of the vehicle connection device is connected to the base in such a way that it can rotate the base about an axis of rotation that runs substantially in the contact direction.

摘要: A method for establishing an electrical connection of a vehicle contact unit of a vehicle which is at least in part electrically powered, to a ground contact unit of an electric charging infrastructure is provided. The ground contact unit has a plurality of electrical contact surfaces, at least two of which have to be contacted by the vehicle contact unit for charging the vehicle battery. The method includes the step of detecting, with the aid of at least one camera on the vehicle, at least one of the electrical contact surfaces and/or at least one insulation surface surrounding the electrical contact surfaces, for establishing an electrical connection. Further provided are a vehicle connection device for electrically connecting a vehicle contact unit of a vehicle which is at least in part electrically powered, to a ground contact unit of an electric charging infrastructure, and a vehicle having a vehicle connection device.

摘要: An underfloor charging unit, in particular for an electric charging system for an electrically driven vehicle, includes a housing having an upper side and a contacting opening, a cover and a driving device for actuating the cover. The cover covers the contacting opening in a closed position and unblocks the contacting opening in an open position, the driving device being configured so as to move the cover in an automated manner from the closed position to the open position and from the open position to the closed position, the cover, in the closed position, being arranged closer to the upper side than in the open position. A vehicle having an underfloor charging unit is furthermore shown.
