Abstract:
A manual injector for cell manipulation comprising a displacement device for displacing a fluid, an injection tube connected to the displacement device, and a capillary holder connected to the injection tube for holding a microcapillary tube or a microcapillary tube connected to the injection tube, wherein the displacement device has the following: a disk-shaped main body that, on a first end face, has an hollow cylinder space which is concentric with its middle axis, a disk-shaped adjusting wheel, a helical gear, a hollow cylindrical plunger, a rotational decoupling that connects the adjusting wheel to the plunger, and a connection connected to the cylinder space to which the injection tube is connected.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a holding device (1) for holding an object (2) extending along an axis, in particular for holding the capillary holder (2) of a micromanipulator, with a main body (3, 4) having a bearing element (4) which runs parallel to a bearing axis and on which the object (2) can be mounted in an axis-parallel position in which the axis of the object and the bearing axis (A) of the bearing element run parallel, a fastening mechanism (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) which is designed in such a way and can be optionally set by the user in at least a first or a second arrangement in such a way that, in the first arrangement of the fastening mechanism, the object (2) is secured with a force fit on the bearing element (4) in the axis-parallel position (A) by a first force, such that it is movable by a hand of a user in the axis-parallel position, and in such a way that, in the second arrangement of the fastening mechanism, the object (2) is fixed on the bearing element in the axis-parallel position (A), wherein the holding device (1) is designed such that the object (2), at least in a third arrangement of the fastening mechanism, can be inserted into and removed from the holding device (1) by a movement directed perpendicularly with respect to the bearing axis (A).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an articulated apparatus (10; 20), in particular to a pivot joint for a micromanipulator arangement, for guiding a relative movement of components into a target position, in particular in the case of a micromanipulator arrangement, having at least one first part (11; 21), one second part (12; 22) and one third part (13; 23), wherein the first part and the second part are connected together so as to be movable for carrying out a first relative movement, wherein the second part and the third part are connected together so as to be movable for carrying out a second relative movement, having at least one first stop device (14; 24) and one second stop device (15; 25), wherein by way of the first stop device the first relative movement is blocked in a first stop position, in which the first and second part impact against one another in a first direction, wherein by way of the second stop device the second relative movement is blocked in a second stop position in which the second and third part impact against one another in a second direction, having at least one first fixing device (16; 26) and one second fixing device (17; 27), wherein the first and second part are held by way of the first fixing device in the first stop position in opposition to a release force which is directed in a negative first direction until said release force exceeds a first fixing force, wherein the second and third part are held by way of the second fixing device in the second stop position in opposition to a release force which is directed in a negative second direction until said release force exceeds a second fixing force, and wherein a combined stop position is settable as said target position in which the first stop position and the second stop position are both present.

Abstract:
The invention relates to operating apparatus for the control of a movement apparatus, in particular the movement apparatus of a micromanipulator for the manipulation of biological cells, and a method for the control of the movement apparatus. The operating apparatus comprises an electrical control device and an input device with different input zones, by means of which the movement apparatus can be controlled according to different control rules.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an articulated apparatus for guiding a relative movement of components into a target position, which may be the operating position of a micromanipulator arrangement. The articulated apparatus has multiple parts, which are movable with respect to each other. Two stop devices are used which, in combination, imitate the “latching-in” of a conventional latching device, but offer a considerably greater level of precision. A combined stop position is settable as said target position in which the first stop position and the second stop position are both present. The invention uses two stop devices in order to imitate the leaving of the “latched” target position in two directions as in the case of latching. Such articulated apparatus may be typically used with a micromanipulator arrangement of a cytobiological or microbiological workstation.
