The present disclosure relates to a method for determining whether a resource is occupied in a mobile communication system and a device therefor. A method for determining a resource occupancy in a mobile communication network according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include calculating an occupancy threshold value based on received power for a transmission-limited resource; and based on a reference signal correlation power value for a specific resource block and the occupancy threshold value, determining whether the specific resource block is occupied.

A wireless system including a wireless station and an automatic frequency adjustment system and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the wireless system may include a wireless station including a beacon demodulator and an automatic frequency adjustment system having a database including identification information of a plurality of wireless local area network (LAN) access points (Aps), and the wireless station may be configured to: obtain information related to a first beacon frame by demodulating the first beacon frame transmitted from a first wireless LAN AP through the beacon demodulator and transmit the information related to the first beacon frame to the automatic frequency adjustment system.

A scheduling method for a communication network supporting an unlicensed band is disclosed. An operation method of UE comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, an unlicensed band burst including a plurality of subframes in an unlicensed band; acquiring control information from the unlicensed band burst; and acquiring data from the unlicensed band burst on the basis of the control information. Therefore, the performance of the communication network can be improved.

An operation method of a communication node supporting a licensed band and an unlicensed band is disclosed. As an exemplary embodiment according to the present disclosure, an operation method of a user equipment (UE) in a communication network may comprise measuring a received signal strength during a measurement period in an unlicensed band; determining a channel occupation status by comparing the measured received signal strength with a predetermined threshold; and reporting information indicating the channel occupation status to a base station. Therefore, performance of the communication network can be enhanced.
