Abstract:
An operating method of a base station in a communication system may comprise: providing group resource control (GRC) configuration information including at least one piece of group resource control assignment (GRCA) set information including at least one piece of GRCA information to at least one piece of user equipment (UE) belonging to a UE group; providing GRCA activation control information including one or more pieces of activated GRCA information selected from a GRCA set and one or more pieces of group scheduling indicator (GSI) information indicating the selected one or more pieces of activated GRCA information to the at least one UE; and providing group scheduling information including at least one piece of GSI information selected from the one or more pieces of GSI information to the at least one UE.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a base station transmitting multiple beams to multiple beam areas, including: a determination unit determining at least any one of whether a downlink control signal is transmitted through the multiple beams transmitted to the multiple beam areas and a transmission section; a generation unit generating signal transmitting control information including at least any one of whether the downlink control signal is transmitted, the transmission section of the downlink control signal, and derivation information to derive a change of an access beam for a terminal that accesses the multiple beams; a communication unit downlink-transmitting the signal transmitting control information to the multiple beam areas or the multiple beams; and a control unit controlling transmission of the downlink control signal based on the signal transmitting control information.
Abstract:
A random access method, performed by a first terminal in a communication system, includes receiving, from a base station, PRACH configuration information including information on RA resource(s) used for transmission and reception of RA preamble(s) and RAR configuration information used for transmission and reception of RAR(s); transmitting a first RA preamble to the base station based on the information on the RA resource(s); when the first RA preamble is transmitted, performing a monitoring operation for receiving a first RAR that is a response to the first RA preamble; and selecting the first RAR for the first terminal from one or multiple RARs using the RAR configuration information in the monitoring operation.
