Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for generating evidence video. The apparatus includes a video object indexing unit, a video object search unit, and an evidence video generation unit. The video object indexing unit recognizes an object by storing and analyzing videos received from multiple surveillance cameras, extracts the features of the recognized object, and then generates object metadata. The video object search unit compares received search conditions with the object metadata, and then outputs search results, including the feature information of at least one object, which corresponds to the search conditions. The evidence video generation unit generates an evidence video by aggregating only videos including a specific object selected from the search results.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for managing personal information. The method includes a step in which a user terminal device registers the decentralized identification information of a user in a blockchain, receives the personal information of the user, stores the same in an endpoint for managing the personal information, and registers a personal information access policy for the personal information in a first server; a step in which the apparatus receives the decentralized identifier of the user, retrieves the decentralized identification information of the user, corresponding to the decentralized identifier, from the blockchain, and requests a personal information access token for accessing the personal information from the first server using the decentralized identification information; and a step in which the apparatus identifies the endpoint from the personal information access token, which is generated based on the personal information access policy, and retrieves the personal information from the endpoint.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and a method for generating an audio-embedded image. The apparatus for generating an audio-embedded image includes one or more processors, and execution memory for storing at least one program that is executed by the one or more processors, wherein the at least one program is configured to receive audio and an image, convert the audio into audio information having a preset image format and generate an audio-embedded image in which the audio information is embedded in the image, and discriminate the audio-embedded image using the audio information and discrimination audio information extracted from the audio-embedded image.
