A collector, who generates the collection folder, can invite one or more submitters to submit one or more files to the collection folder. The one or more submitters have limited rights to the collection folder. The limited rights can include uploading rights and prohibiting a submitter from viewing files that other submitters associated with the collection folder submitted. Thus, the collection folder is able to store files from the one or more submitters, but prevent them from viewing other's submissions.

A system can associate an email with a content item, through express attachment, direct reference such as a link, indirect reference, or otherwise. The system can store the associated content item within content item storage or identify a stored content item that is identical to the content item that is associated with the email. The system can then enhance email service functionality with the stored content item. For example, the system can present the stored content item or information about the stored content item along with the email. The system can also automatically grant permissions to the stored content item with participants of the email.

The content management system can generate a graphical user interface the allows the user to move tasks from one task status graphical element (e.g., task status container) to another task status graphical element to change the status of a task associated with the user. Thus, the user can quickly and easily view the tasks assigned to the user and update the status of tasks in an easy to use graphical user interface.

The team can be allocated licenses to use the resources and the licenses can be allocated to team members. The team can be a mixed team including licensed and unlicensed members. Licensed members can have a higher level of access to the team resources than unlicensed members. The team administrator can manage licenses allocated to team members. The team administrator can have different privileges with respect to licensed and unlicensed team members.

摘要: Shared content items are migrated between accounts on a content management system. Users store content items synchronized between one or more client devices and the content management system. A user may have multiple accounts including personal and organization accounts. Content items may be shared with accounts belonging to other users to enable those other users to view or manipulate the content items. A user initiates a migration of content items between accounts of different categories via a user interface, e.g., by dragging and dropping a folder from one account to another. The content management system recognizes that the user has deleted the folder from the user's first account and determines that an identical folder has been created in another account belonging to the same user. In response the content management system joins the second account to the shared folder, and removes the first account from the shared folder.
