摘要: A method for detecting failure of soft start includes: connecting a variable frequency device to a load; detecting an energy storage unit at a first voltage level; generating an output current to the load; detecting the energy storage unit changed from the first voltage level into a second voltage level; generating a reference voltage value according to the output current and determining whether a voltage difference value between the first voltage level and the second voltage level is larger than the reference voltage value; determining whether a voltage peak-to-peak value of the energy storage unit is smaller than a set value by the controller if the voltage difference value is larger than the reference voltage value; and controlling the inverter circuit to stop outputting the output current to the load if the voltage peak-to-peak value is smaller than the set value.

摘要: A method of detecting a connection fault of an electric motor, applies to a driving mechanism of an inverter, and includes: measuring a three-phase stator current of the electric motor; transforming the three-phase stator current to acquire dual-axis current components in a stationary coordinate; calculating an angle of rotation of the electric motor according to the dual-axis current components; calculating an angular velocity according to the angle of rotation; comparing a frequency of the angular velocity with a frequency of an output voltage of the inverter; and determining that the electric motor occurs a connection fault if a difference between the frequency of the angular velocity and the frequency of the output voltage is greater than a predetermined frequency difference value.

摘要: A control method for controlling a synchronous motor includes calculating d-axis and q-axis current commands according to a frequency command and frequency of the synchronous motor by a MTPA control unit; when a feedback output voltage of the synchronous motor is larger than a control level, outputting a flux-weakening current command by a voltage control unit; calculating a flux-weakening current feed-forward value according to the frequency, a target level and the q-axis current command by a feed-forward control unit; when the sum of the flux-weakening current command and the flux-weakening current feed-forward value is smaller than the d-axis current command, adjusting the d-axis current command by the sum of the flux-weakening current command and the flux-weakening current feed-forward value; and outputting d-axis and q-axis voltage commands according to the adjusted d-axis current command and the q-axis current command to control the synchronous motor.

摘要: A control device for controlling a rotary electric machine, the control device includes a current command unit, a voltage conversion device, a current conversion device, a signal demodulation device, an error compensation unit, an adding device and a position estimation device. The current command unit provides a d-axis current command and a q-axis current command. The current conversion device converts a current of the rotary electric machine to a synchronous reference coordinate current. The signal demodulation device computes a current variation of a high-frequency synchronous reference coordinate current. The error compensation device outputs a first correction value. The adding device adds the current variation of the high-frequency synchronous reference coordinate current and the first correction value to generate a second correction value. Based on the second correction value, the position estimation device adjusts a phase estimation value for the current conversion device and the voltage conversion device.
