摘要: Methods and systems for adjusting operating parameters of a machine in anticipation of a transition from a current operational state to a predicted subsequent operational state. An electronic controller receives a data stream indicative of actuator settings, sensor outputs, and/or operator control settings and applies a pattern detection AI that is configured to determine a current operational state of the machine based on patterns detected in the data stream. The controller then applies a reinforcement learning AI that is configured to produce as an output one or more target operating parameters based at least in part on a predicted subsequent operational state of the machine. The one or more target operating parameters are applied to the machine and at least one performance metric of the machine is monitored. The reinforcement learning Ai is retrained based at least in part on the monitored performance metric(s).

The controller receives a command to move the work vehicle, drives the work vehicle, determines a distance to the container, determines the ground speed, determines the position of the boom or the implement, receives a command to raise the boom, raises the boom during travel, determines whether the distal end will reach a threshold height before the work vehicle reaches the container, and activates the indicators if the distal end will not reach the threshold height in time.

摘要: A pilot hydraulic system may include a pilot pressure source, a pilot pressure return tank, a pilot valve, a pilot pressure supply line connecting the pilot pressure source to the pilot valve, and a pilot pressure return line connecting the pilot pressure return tank to the pilot valve. A main control valve may include a pilot chamber. A pilot pressure control line connects the pilot valve to the pilot chamber. A hydraulic sub-system is provided for modifying pilot pressure provided to the pilot chamber of the main control valve. The hydraulic sub-system may include a variable orifice valve disposed in the pilot pressure control line, a pilot pressure bypass line communicating the pilot pressure control line downstream of the variable orifice valve with the pilot pressure return line, and an electrohydraulic pressure reducing valve (EHPRV) disposed in the pilot pressure bypass line.

摘要: An apparatus and method of cooling an engine exhaust generated by an engine of a work machine having a hydraulically operated implement. The work machine includes an emission control system and a cooling system having an oil cooling system configured to cool an oil of a hydraulic system and an engine cooling system configured to cool an engine coolant circulating through the engine. An exhaust pipe, coupled to the emission control system and configured to direct engine exhaust, includes an outlet disposed in a space located between an oil cooler of the oil cooling system and a radiator of the engine cooling system. An air displacement device is configured to draw air into and away from the oil cooler and the radiator and to draw the exhaust from the exhaust pipe. Exhaust from the exhaust pipe is drawn past the oil cooler and the radiator to cool the exhaust.

The systems and methods include receiving a steering input, detecting a vehicle speed, and selecting a steering ramp rate that defines how quickly a steering amount corresponding to the steering input is achieved by one or more steerable components of the vehicle. In some implementations, the steering ramp rate may be affected as a result of whether the steering input is greater than or less than a previous steering input.

The system includes a payload weight measuring system that measures payload weight and generates a signal indicative of the payload weight, a ride control circuit that adjusts hydraulic flow to and from the boom cylinder; and a controller that receives the signal indicative of the payload weight, and sends compliance commands to adjust ride control compliance based on the signal indicative of the payload weight. The system can include a tire inflation system that adjusts tire pressure. The controller can send inflation commands to adjust tire pressure based on the signal indicative of the payload weight. The compliance commands can depend on the components and compliance adjustment methods of the ride control circuit.

摘要: A work vehicle includes a torque converter having a lock up clutch and a controller that conditionally allows operation of the lock up clutch in a locked position or an unlocked position. The controller determines a plurality of active work vehicle parameters during operation of the work vehicle and includes a plurality of ready to dig parameters. The controller determines a ready to dig condition or a non-digging condition of the work vehicle by comparing at least two of the active work vehicle parameters to at least two corresponding ready to dig parameters. The controller disallows operation of the lock up clutch in the locked position in response to the ready to dig condition, allows operation of the lock up clutch in locked or unlocked positions in response to a non-digging condition. Operation of the lock up clutch avoids the engine from stalling in a ready to dig condition.
