摘要: A drug delivery device having a collar and a linkage component. The drug delivery device includes a variable dose setting mechanism, a fixed dose setting mechanism, a single dose setter, a collar, and a linkage component. The variable dose setting mechanism is operably coupled to a primary reservoir holding a first medicament. The fixed dose setting mechanism is operably coupled to a secondary reservoir holding a second medicament. Further, the single dose setter is operably coupled to the variable dose setting mechanism, and the collar is disposed on the variable dose setting mechanism. Still further, the linkage component is disposed on the fixed dose setting mechanism, wherein the linkage component is capable of engagement with the collar.

摘要: A dose setting mechanism for a drug delivery device is disclosed. The mechanism comprises an outer housing and an inner housing having an external groove. The inner housing guides a driver having either a blocking or locking member disposed inside the driver that can lock a flexible tab to an internal groove during dose delivery in the inner housing such that the driver follows the path of the groove and to advance a spindle to move a cartridge bung. A dial sleeve is disposed between the outer and inner housing and is rotatably engaged with the inner housing.

The drug delivery device comprising a first tubular member and a second tubular member rotatably coupled to the first tubular member. A maximum stop component is operatively coupled to the first and second tubular member such that the maximum stop component is movable from a first position to a second position. The first position defines a first maximum dose that may be set by a user of said drug delivery device and the second position defines a second maximum dose that may be set by the user of said drug delivery device.

摘要: A method and system for proving a drug delivery device. The device comprises a drug delivery device housing and a medicament contained in the drug delivery device housing. A dose dial sleeve is positioned in the housing and is rotatable to set a non-inverted dose of the medicament contained in the medical delivery device. The non-inverted dose may be increased by turning the dose dial sleeve in a direction towards a user of the drug delivery device. The dose medicament may be decreased by rotating the dose dial sleeve in a direction away from the user.

摘要: A drive mechanism suitable for use in drug delivery devices is disclosed. The drive mechanism may be used with injector-type drug delivery devices, such as those permitting a user to set the delivery dose. The drive mechanism may include a housing, a dose dial sleeve, and a drive sleeve. A clutch is configured to permit rotation of the drive sleeve and the dose dial sleeve with respect to the housing when the dose dial sleeve and drive sleeve are coupled through the clutch. Conversely, when the dose dial sleeve and drive sleeve are in a de-coupled state, rotation of the dose dial sleeve with respect to the housing is permitted and rotation of the drive sleeve with respect to the housing is prevented. In the de-coupled state, axial movement of the drive sleeve transfers force in a longitudinal direction for actuation of a drug delivery device.
