摘要： A method for operating a storage system of a motor vehicle for a product includes outputting a piece of product information for the product from a service provider external to the motor vehicle on an output device of the storage system. The method further includes transferring a selection of the product by a user of the storage system to the service provider by a transmission device of the storage system and adjusting a shape of a storage device of the storage system for the product by a shifting actuating mechanism of the storage device depending on the product.
