Abstract: There is provided a method for producing a metal-resin composite which includes a resin member and a metal member having a roughened surface in at least a portion of the surface thereof, the resin member being joined so as to be in contact with at least a portion of the roughened surface. The method includes a step of joining the resin member and the metal member by melting the resin member with the frictional heat generated in the surface of the metal member on its side opposite to the resin member in a state where the metal member and the resin member are superposed. The method includes making adjustment so that when the roughened surface is measured at arbitrary five points by using a confocal microscope according to ISO 25178, the developed area ratio (Sdr) is 5 or more in terms of number-average value.

Abstract: Provided are a composite structure that is formed by joining a metal member and a molded article of a polyarylene sulfide resin composition and is more excellent in terms of joint strength and heat cycle resistance and a producing method therefor. More specifically, provided are a composite structure formed by joining a surface-roughened metal member and a PPS member, in which a number average value of developed area ratios (Sdr) of an interface measured at five random points on a surface of the surface-roughened metal member using a confocal microscope based on ISO 25178 is 5 [%] or more, and a melt viscosity of a PPS resin is 15 to 500 [Pa·s], and a producing method therefor.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a composite structure in which a metal member having a roughened surface and a resin member are joined in a state in which at least a portion of the roughened surface is included. The resin member is made of a molded article obtained by melt-molding a polyarylene sulfide resin composition containing a polyarylene sulfide resin. In the roughened surface, a cumulative pore volume of a pore diameter in a range of 0.1 μm to 20 μm is in a range of 0.5 nL/mm2 or more and 5 nL/mm2 or less measured by mercury porosimetry. According to the invention, it is possible to provide a composite structure that is obtained by joining a metal member and a molded article made of polyarylene sulfide resin composition and is more excellent in joining strength, heat cycle resistance, and sealing properties, and a method for producing the composite structure.

Abstract: A patterned pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The non-pressure-sensitive adhesive portion region is patterned to lead to an outer periphery of a sheet plane.
