    摘要: An insert is configured to be inserted into a heat exchanger having a plurality of tubes. The insert includes a base and a multiple blades. The blades are extended from the base. At least one of the blades has a spring portion. The spring portion is resiliently deformable and configured to be resiliently inserted between two of the tubes. The spring portion includes two arms. One of the two arms has one thin portion defining one recess dented in one direction in a thickness direction. The other of the two arms has the other thin portion defining the other recess dented in the other direction in the thickness direction. The one thin portion and the other thin portion are resiliently movable in a width direction within a clearance formed by the recesses, while overlapping one another in the thickness direction.

    摘要: An HVAC assembly for conditioning air within a vehicle passenger cabin. The assembly includes a housing, at least one front air inlet and at least one front air outlet for conditioning air at a front of the cabin, at least one rear air inlet and at least one rear air outlet for conditioning air at a rear of the cabin, and a heater core. A cover is configured to: be mounted to an exterior of the housing over at least one heater core conduit; direct airflow exiting the housing to the at least one heater core conduit to permit heat transfer from heated coolant flowing through the at least one heater core conduit to the airflow to heat the airflow; and direct the heated airflow out from within the cover towards the at least one rear air inlet to mix with air exiting the at least one rear air inlet.

    摘要: A heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) unit may include a casing, an evaporator, a heater core, and a first damper. The casing may define a front airflow passageway, a rear airflow passageway having an inlet, and first and second outlets in fluid communication with the rear airflow passageway. The evaporator and the heater core may be disposed within the casing. The first damper may be disposed within the casing between the evaporator and the heater core and movable between a first position in which airflow is directed to the heater core and a second position in which airflow is directed away from the heater core. Airflow across the evaporator from the front airflow passageway to the rear airflow passageway is directed to the first and second outlets when the first damper is moved from the first position toward the second position.
