    Abstract: A fluid discharge device includes a base portion defining a fluid flow passage and having an opening at a downstream end of the fluid flow passage, and a grill portion disposed to adjust a flow direction of the fluid blown from the opening. The grill portion includes a flow passage forming body defining a main flow passage and an auxiliary flow passage. In the flow passage forming body, the auxiliary flow passage surrounds the main flow passage and the auxiliary flow discharged from the auxiliary flow passage flows outside of the main flow discharged from the main flow passage. The flow passage forming body is configured such that a direction of the auxiliary flow discharged from the auxiliary flow passage corresponds to the direction of the main flow discharged from the main flow passage, when the flow direction of the fluid blown out of the opening is adjusted.

    Abstract: A vehicle air-conditioning apparatus includes a casing that defines an air passage through which an air flows, and a blower that has a blower fan generating an airflow in the air passage. The vehicle air-conditioning apparatus includes an air-conditioning device that is provided in the air passage, and an air introduction member that introduces an air from a vehicle compartment. The vehicle air-conditioning apparatus further includes an aspirator that is located outside the casing and takes in the air flowing through the air passage as a first air, the aspirator drawing the air from the vehicle compartment as a second air through the air introduction member by using a flow of the first air. A cooling target mounted in the vehicle is cooled by a flow of the air drawn from the vehicle compartment by the aspirator through the air introduction member.

    Abstract: An air discharge device includes a duct that defines a flow passage through which a working air flow to be discharged passes, and a hole forming member defining an air discharge hole as an outlet of the working air flow. The hole forming member has a vortex generation structure configured to generate an auxiliary vortex having a vortex characteristic including a vortex rotation direction and a vortex axis direction. The vortex characteristic of the auxiliary vortex is different from that of a lateral vortex generated by the working air flow at a downstream side of the air discharge hole. The vortex generation structure is configured in the hole forming member so that the auxiliary vortex collides with the lateral vortex in a state where at least one of the vortex rotation direction and the vortex axial direction of the vortex characteristic is different from that of the lateral vortex.

    Abstract: A fluid discharge device is for discharging a fluid includes a duct defining a fluid flow passage and having an opening at a downstream end of the fluid flow passage. The fluid discharge device includes a grill portion disposed in the fluid flow passage to adjust a flow direction of the fluid blown from the opening.     Abstract: In an instrument panel provided in a vehicle cabin front section, a face that projects into a vehicle cabin is formed with a T-shape in vehicle rear view. An air-conditioning unit of a vehicle air-conditioning device is provided at an inside of the instrument panel. In the vehicle air-conditioning device, a foot blower outlet provided on the instrument panel blows an air-conditioned airflow toward the feet of a front seat occupant, and an interior air intake provided on the instrument panel takes in air from inside the vehicle cabin to generate the air-conditioned airflow. The foot blower outlet is formed in a lower portion of a side wall at a vehicle width direction central portion of the instrument panel.
