    摘要: A pipe machining carriage, including a carriage configured to travel along an outer circumference of a pipe, and a chain coupled to both ends of the carriage wraps around the outer surface of the pipe. The carriage and the chain precisely move along the outer surface of the pipe. The disclosure may provide a carriage that performs machining with high accuracy by preventing the carriage from deviating from the original mounted position by moving the chain along with movement of the carriage. The disclosure may also provide a carriage mounted stably on the outer circumferential surface of the pipe to machine the pipe, regardless of pipe diameter, by adjusting a distance between the carriage drive wheels. The disclosure may prevent the carriage from slipping by mounting a front wheel and a rear wheel to the same drive shaft so the front and rear wheels rotate simultaneously in response to motor operation.

    摘要: Disclosed is a chamfering machine which enables a smooth cutting operation by allowing a workpiece to be fixed to a position corresponding to an optimal cutting condition. The chamfering machine comprises a cutting position groove, which is formed in the bottom surface of an upper guide, and into which a part of the outer circumferential surface of a workpiece is inserted, wherein the central part of the cutting position groove is formed to correspond to the cutting end of a chamfering cutter. The machining method is configured such that the chamfering cutter enters perpendicular to a centerline direction of a circular material and, after entering while cutting, to a point where the cutting end of a cutting tip is in line with the centerline, rotates a tubular material or revolves the chamfering cutter around the tubular material and thus can cut the surface of the circular material.

    摘要: A machine for cutting or beveling a pipe. A cutter unit rotates around the pipe while cutting any surface of the pipe after gripping and fixing the pipe. The machine includes: a main body which a pipe passes through the center portion thereof to be fixed; and a cutter unit coupled to the main body unit rotates around the fixed pipe to cut or bevel the pipe. The cutter unit may have a rotating unit on one side to pull the cutter unit aside and a locking unit on the other side to restrain or release the cutter unit. An entry control unit operating the cutter unit includes: a lever gear-engaged with an outer side surface of an entry control plate; and a clutch formed on a rotation shaft of the lever such that the restraint is released when the lever is lifted or pressed in the axial direction.
