    Abstract: The present application provides a data processing method and apparatus, a network device, a storage medium and a program product. The method is applied to a first network element in a radio access network, and includes: receiving a downlink data packet, where the downlink data packet includes downlink user data and an identifier of a data flow to which the downlink user data belongs; and transmitting a first interface message to a second network element in the radio access network, where the first interface message includes the identifier of the data flow, and the first interface message is used for determining a target bearer to which the data flow is mapped. Thereby, it is ensured that data on a data flow can be transmitted in the manner of meeting a QoS requirement thereof.

    Abstract: A method and a device for determining an MRO critical scenario and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by the UE, parameter information about a connection problem in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE in a cell handover process and cell handover has been performed successfully, or in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE within a predetermined time period after the cell handover is performed successfully; and transmitting, by the UE, the parameter information to a network device, so that the network device may determine the MRO critical scenario in accordance with the parameter information. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is able to determine the MRO critical scenario in a scenario where cell handover is performed successfully.

    Abstract: Provided in the present application are a report sending method, a terminal, a base station, an apparatus and a storage medium. In the embodiments of the present application, by means of using a PDCP entity which has been established for a first MRB of a source base station before switching, the release and establishment processes of a PDCP entity corresponding to a second MRB are prevented from being triggered during the switching to a target base station, thereby guaranteeing lossless transmission based on a PDCP state report, and guaranteeing the reliability of data transmission.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a handover method and apparatus, relating to the field of communications, and being used for reducing the interruption time of data transmission in a distributed unit DU handover process when the central unit control plane/central unit user plane CU-CP/CU-UP in a base station are separated, enhancing the user experience. In the handover method provided in the embodiments of the present application, a notification sent by the CU-CP to the CU-UP not only carries tunnel switching instruction information, but also comprises maintenance instruction information, the maintenance instruction information instructing the CU-UP to continue sending downlink data by means of the original downlink tunnel, such that downlink data can still be received when the user device is not yet connected to a target DU, thereby reducing the interruption time of data transmission during the DU handover process, and enhancing the user experience.
