Abstract: An air conditioning rotating body including a rotor having a cylindrical shape. The rotor is housed in a casing so as to be freely rotatable. The casing includes a seal member. The air conditioning rotating body treats air passing through the rotor in an axial direction. The seal member extends in a radial direction of the rotor and separates air passages. An end face of the rotor in the axial direction is provided with at least one spoke in contact with the seal member. A contact point of the seal member with the spoke is configured to move in the radial direction as the rotor rotates.

Abstract: A ventilation apparatus includes a compressor; a first heat exchanger configured to function as a condenser or an evaporator; a first air flow path configured to supply air taken in from outdoors to an indoor space after passing through the first heat exchanger; a second heat exchanger configured to function as a condenser or an evaporator; a second air flow path configured to exhaust air taken in from the indoor space to the outdoors after passing through the second heat exchanger; a refrigerant circuit through which a refrigerant flows, the refrigerant circuit being connected to the compressor, the first heat exchanger, and the second heat exchanger by a refrigerant pipe; and a control unit configured to guide a flow of air in the indoor space to the second heat exchanger when the second heat exchanger is determined to be in a frosted state, to increase a temperature of the second heat exchanger, and configured to output a predetermined instruction to an actuator configured to control a state of the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit to increase a temperature of the refrigerant flowing into the second heat exchanger.

The processor detects whether a predetermined reference indicating a possibility of frosting in the second heat exchanger is satisfied while the second heat exchanger is functioning as an evaporator, and controls a temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the second heat exchanger such that the second heat exchanger will have a temperature at which frosting does not occur, when the predetermined reference is satisfied.

Abstract: The air-conditioning system according to an embodiment is provided with a ventilation device, an air-conditioner, a processor, and a memory storing one or more programs, which when executed, cause the processor to control the ventilation device and the air-conditioner. The processor stores a first capability indicating a heat load that can be output corresponding to the power consumption of the ventilation device and a second capability indicating a heat load that can be output corresponding to the power consumption of the air conditioner, acquires the temperature of an indoor space, and sets the ventilation device and the air conditioner to share the first heat load that needs to be adjusted in the indoor space calculated based on the temperature of the indoor space according to the first capability and the second capability.
