    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a mating terminal, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the mating terminal comprises two elastic sheets and a connection sheet. Each of the elastic sheets has: a body portion; an elastic contact portion. The connection sheet has: a first connecting portion; a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion of the connection sheet is fixed between the body portions, the second connecting portion is positioned outside the two elastic sheets in the length direction. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the elastic contact portions directly clamp the conductive connection structure, therefore it is not necessary to make the conductive connection structure to be connected the mating terminal by the adapter sheet, thereby reducing the connection resistance. Based on the elasticity of the elastic sheet itself, the conductive connection portion is fixed between the two elastic sheets, thereby improving the connection reliability.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a battery pack. The battery pack comprises: a casing; a cover, which is disposed to cover the casing; a battery assembly, which is disposed within an enclosed space formed by the casing and the cover; and an end assembly, which includes a panel and two or more connectors fixed to the panel. The battery assembly is electrically connected to a device outside the enclosed space by the connectors. The panel is sealedly connected to the casing or the cover, and is fixedly connected to the casing by a bracket. In the battery pack according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the end assembly integrated with two or more connectors is fixed to the casing by the bracket, thus the weight of the connectors is borne by the bracket and the connectors are not easy to be detached.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a conductive connection structure, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the conductive connection structure comprises: a main body portion; and two conductive connection portions. The main body portion comprises: a tube body having openings; and a conductive fusing body. The conductive connection portion has: a first contact segment connected to the conductive fusing body and sealing a corresponding opening; a second contact segment; and a transitional connection segment. It is not necessary to additionally provide the package plate, thereby making the structure of the conductive connection structure simple and the volume of the conductive connection structure small, reducing the assembling steps, and improving the space utilization of the multifunctional high-voltage connector. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the second contact segment is directly inserted into the corresponding mating terminal, thereby further reducing the connection resistance in the high-voltage circuit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a cell supervision circuit and a battery pack. The cell supervision circuit comprises a circuit board; a heat transfer unit including a metal plate disposed adjacent to the circuit board, wherein the heat transfer unit dissipates heat through the metal plate; and a fixing plate connected to the heat transfer unit, wherein the fixing plate includes a body portion and an elastic portion formed on the body portion, and the elastic portion is used for filling a gap between the metal plate and the fixing plate. In the cell supervision circuit according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the problem of heat resistance instability generated during heat dissipation is solved, and the heat dissipation effect of the cell supervision circuit is improved.
