Abstract: Some embodiments of this application provide an injection nozzle and an injection apparatus containing same. The injection nozzle includes a body, an injection pipe, and a baffle. The body contains a channel arranged along a height direction of the injection nozzle. A first outlet is disposed at a lower part of the channel. The injection pipe is threaded through the channel in a manner of reciprocating movement along the height direction. The baffle is connected to the body and configured to cover the first outlet when a lower end portion of the injection pipe is higher than the first outlet, and be propped open by the injection pipe when the lower end portion of the injection pipe is lower than the first outlet.

The electrode assembly includes: a cathode plate, an anode plate, and a separator, where the separator is configured to separate the cathode plate from the anode plate, a closed-pore portion is provided in part of the region of the separator, and the closed-pore portion is configured to block at least some ions de-intercalated from the cathode plate located on one side of the closed-pore portion from being intercalated into the anode plate located on the other side of the closed-pore portion. Heating the separator to form the closed-pore portion can reduce the occurrence of lithium precipitation.

Abstract: A cell winding calibration method includes: obtaining a first reference distance between first and second reference lines; obtaining a reference number of pixels included in the first reference distance, and determining, based on the first reference distance and the reference number of pixels included in the first reference distance, an actual distance corresponding to a single pixel; obtaining an actual number of pixels included in a distance between an edge of a winding substrate and the first or second reference line, and determining real-time position information of the edge of the winding substrate based on the actual number of pixels included in the distance between the edge of the winding substrate and the first or second reference line and the actual distance corresponding to a single pixel; and calibrating the winding substrate based on the real-time position information of the edge of the winding substrate.

The processing method includes: applying an adhesive on a preset part of a surface of a member to be coated, the adhesive forming a barrier layer, and the member to be coated including at least one of a cathode plate, a separator, and an anode plate; and winding the cathode plate, the anode plate, and the separator to form an electrode assembly. The barrier layer is located between the cathode active material layer and the anode active material layer adjacent to each other after the winding. The barrier layer blocks at least some ions de-intercalated from the cathode active material layer located on one side of the barrier layer from being intercalated into the anode active material layer located on the other side of the barrier layer.
