Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a battery, a power consumption device, and a battery cell manufacturing method and device. The battery cell includes: a shell, including a first wall provided with a medium injection hole; an electrode assembly, disposed inside the shell; and an insulating member, disposed between the first wall and the electrode assembly to insulate and isolate the first wall and the electrode assembly, where a guide structure is disposed on a side, facing the first wall, of the insulating member, and the guide structure is configured to guide a medium injected from the medium injection hole to an edge of the insulating member, so that the medium enters the interior of the battery cell from the edge of the insulating member.

The first body portion surrounds an edge of the first protrusion and is configured to be connected to the housing, the first protrusion protrudes relative to the first body portion in a direction away from the electrode assembly in a thickness direction of the end cap, and a first accommodating space is formed inside the first protrusion and is configured to accommodate at least a part of a tab of the electrode assembly. The first body portion is provided with a reinforcement portion being configured to enhance the stiffness of the first body portion.
