摘要： The present disclosure relates to the biosynthesis of UDP-Rhamnose and recombinant polypeptides having enzymatic activity useful in the relevant biosynthetic pathways for producing UDP-Rhamnose. The present invention also provides a method for preparing a steviol glycoside composition comprising at least one rhamnose-containing steviol glycoside.
