摘要: The present invention provides a single-anchor centrally grouted full-length anchored steel wire bundle and a supporting method thereof, which are suitable for use in supporting engineering for the deep dynamic pressure roadway or soft rock roadway. The steel wire bundle consists of parallel steel wires and a central pipe, wherein multiple strands of parallel steel wires are arranged around the central pipe, the central pipe is provided with a slurry output bracket which divides the parallel steel wires into a front part and a rear part, the front part is provided with large stirring jackets, and the rear part is provided with a threaded casing on its tail end. After the coal is cut by a tunneling machine and a roadway is formed, the steel wire bundle is anchored at the ends, and the roadway tunneling speed is increased on a premise of ensuring roadway safety; central grouting is carried out for the steel wire bundle with a pump truck without affecting the quick roadway tunneling, so as to anchor the steel wire bundle in full length and ensure long-time stability of the roadway. The length of the steel wire bundle may be selected according to the geological conditions and the mining environment of the mine, and is not limited by the height of the roadway; the single-anchor centrally grouted supporting method realizes full-length anchoring of the steel wire bundle, and it not only improves the roadway tunneling speed and relieves mining imbalance in the mine, but also solves the problem of large deformation of the roadway.

摘要: An apparatus for controllably unfolding a flexible mesh for a continuous miner includes a mesh roll storage rack, a height adjustment post, a mesh rolling shaft and a flexible mesh. The flexible mesh includes a mesh roll and an unfolded mesh. The mesh roll and the unfolded mesh are an integrated structure. The mesh roll is located on the mesh roll storage rack. The unfolded mesh is clamped on the mesh rolling shaft, and is pressed on a cut un-supported tunnel roof via a roof bolt. The mesh rolling shaft is rotatably connected to a top portion of the height adjustment post. The mesh roll storage rack and the height adjustment post are both mounted on the continuous miner. The mesh rolling shaft is located at a back end of the mesh roll storage rack. A limit mechanism and a damping mechanism are disposed on the mesh rolling shaft.

摘要: Disclosed are an integral clamping steel strand drawing test apparatus, and a method for using same, wherein same are suitable for use in a steel strand mechanical property test. The apparatus comprises a rectangular lower base (13) and a rectangular upper base (14), with a hydraulic telescopic mechanism being provided between the lower base (13) and the upper base (14), the hydraulic telescopic mechanism being provided with an integral clamping mechanism, a steel strand test piece (4) to be tested being provided in the integral clamping mechanism, the steel strand test piece (4) to be tested being provided with a plurality of binding protective devices (2), and a safety protection door (16) being provided outside the hydraulic telescopic mechanism. During a steel strand drawing test, the property of a steel strand itself is fully brought into play, and the integrity of the steel strand test piece (4) is maintained, thereby being able to accurately reflect various mechanical properties of the drawn steel strand while preventing damage to the device and injuring an operator caused by a fracture in a single strand or a plurality of strands of the steel strand during the test. The device is simple and easy to operate, and has good practicability and promotional and application value.

摘要: A device and method for testing the working performance of an anchor rod cable by simulating stratum fracture and separation on the basis of electromagnetic action, applicable to the technical field of testing working performance of anchor rod cables by simulating a tunnel field. The device comprises a top base (1) and a bottom base (2); a plurality of hydraulic vertical columns (3) are provided between the top base (1) and the bottom base (2); the plurality of hydraulic vertical columns (3) are provided thereon with clamping devices, and an electromagnetic block (9) is disposed between two groups of drawing block-shaped clamp holders (4). Using the attraction and repulsion forces of the electromagnetic block (9), the laminated electromagnetic block generates the separating or fracturing effect in a loading process so as to simulate the interaction between surrounding rock and an anchor rod cable test piece (8) in the field and accurately record various performance parameters of a working status of the anchor rod cable test piece (8), thereby providing positive guidance for directing field work.

摘要: The present invention relates to a clean and efficient coal mining method, which is applicable to the field of solid waste treatment in mines. The method is characterized in: the width of short-segment working faces is designed according to the discharge volume of solid wastes produced in a mine, including downhole gangue and surface coal ash; first, two adjacent short-segment working faces are mined and backfilled, and the edges of the filling face and the solid coal side are supported with anchor rods while roadways are retained; the roadways retained at the two short-segment working faces and the coal mass in the middle constitute a long-segment working face mining system; the long-segment working face is mined, the short-segment backfilled working faces at the two sides are mined and backfilled at the same time, and the gangue produced at the long-segment working face is transported to the short-segment working faces to fill, so that a continuous mining system that consists of backfill mining at short-segment working faces and efficient stopping at long-segment working faces is realized. The method provided in the present invention can deal with all surface and downhole solid wastes in a mine, reduces the cost of gangue treatment, and mitigates damages to the ecological environment; besides, the method utilizes solid wastes to fill the gobs to form roadways, eliminates coal pillars and improve resource recovery rate.
