摘要: A tire vulcanizing device including: an upper annular mold attaching member and a lower annular mold attaching member that respectively attach side portion forming molds for forming side portions of a tire; a plurality of segments that respectively attach a plurality of segmented tread molds for forming a tread portion of the tire; and a mold closing mechanism for radially moving the segments to close the tread molds at an advanced end. The respective segments are respectively independently provided with heat medium passages for applying heat for vulcanization to the tread molds when supplied with a heat medium.

摘要: A bladder is made to be expandable and contractible at a vulcanization position within a lower mold assembly and to be expandable and contractible also at a tire delivery position which is spaced a predetermined distance from the vulcanization position along a center axis of the lower mold assembly. With a centering shaft passing through an upper mold, the bladder and the lower mold assembly, a green tire loaded into the tire delivery position is held by the bladder by expanding the bladder and is loaded by the bladder into the lower mold assembly. After a vulcanization processing, the bladder removes the vulcanized tire from the vulcanization position to the delivery position, and after the centering shaft is drawn out from the lower mold assembly and the bladder, the bladder is contracted at the delivery position to make it possible to release the vulcanized tire from the bladder. Thus, the green tire is supported evenly at the whole area on the internal surface thereof by the bladder which is expanded to a predetermined shape at the stage of receiving the green tire at the delivery position. Thus, the forming shape of the green tire can be fixed accurately, so that the tire shape after the vulcanization processing can be maintained accurately.

摘要: A bead ring winding device forms a bead ring by winding a wire fed to the circumference of a former, which is coupled to, in a removable manner, and supported by a rotation shaft. The bead ring winding device includes a guide and a driving member. The guide guides a bearing so that the bearing can be lifted and lowered. The bearing supports the rotation shaft. The driving member lifts and lowers the bearing along the guide. When the former is replaced with another former of a different diameter, the bearing is lifted or lowered with the driving member so that the upper end of the former is arranged at a fixed position.
