Abstract: A method for monitoring operation of a machine includes receiving machine operation data including a first data channel indicative of a sensed condition at a first location on the machine, wherein the machine operation data is collected during one or more work cycles of the machine, and extracting at least a portion of the machine operation data, including data associated with the first data channel. The method also includes classifying the extracted machine operation data to identify one or more types of events that occurred during the one or more work cycles of the machine and involving an environment in which the machine operates during the one or more work cycles of the machine, estimating a condition at a second location on the machine during the one or more work cycles of the machine based on the identified one or more types of events, and logging the identified one or more types of events with a plurality of additional identified types of events to represent a plurality of work cycles during operation of the machine over time.

Abstract: A method for identifying a cause of a machine operating anomaly including creating a reduced order model (ROMs) for a digital twin model of a selected machine type and feeding current data from a deployed machine into the ROM. The method can include comparing a current output from the selected ROM with a measured output from the current data and determining that an operating anomaly exists when the difference between the current output and the measured output exceeds a selected anomaly threshold. The cause of the operating anomaly can be identified by feeding the current data into a plurality of fault models, wherein each fault model includes a particular component failure, comparing a fault model output from each of the plurality of fault models with the measured output from the current data, selecting the fault model with the fault model output most closely matching the measured output, and displaying the identified component failure associated with the selected fault model as the cause of the operating anomaly.

Abstract: A method for determining a welding sequence including a plurality of welding operations is disclosed. The method includes steps of determining a population of welding sequences based on a set of user-generated constraints, and simulating welding for at least one welding sequence in the population of welding sequences to obtain a multi-objective dependent distortion model of the at least one welding sequence. The method further includes steps of comparing a merit value of the multi-objective dependent distortion model for the at least one welding sequence with one or more predetermined criteria, and outputting a set of welding sequences as potential welding sequences based on the comparison between the merit value and the multi-objective dependent distortion model.

The method includes receiving, via a Graphical User Interface (GUI), at least one input related to one or more pin joint configuration parameters. The method includes receiving, via the GUI, at least one input related to one or more pin member design parameters. The method includes receiving, via the GUI, at least one input related to one or more bearing member design parameters. The method includes calculating a set of design parameters of the pin joint based on the inputs related to the pin joint configuration parameters, the pin member design parameters, and the bearing member design parameters. The method includes generating an output design of the pin joint based on the comparison between the calculated set of design parameters with a set of predefined design parameters.
