摘要: A planning system for generating control data for a treatment apparatus which creates at least one cut surface in the cornea using a laser device, and a treatment apparatus which comprises a planning system of the aforementioned type. The invention also relates to a method of generating control data for a treatment apparatus which creates at least one cut surface in the cornea using a laser device, and to a corresponding method of eye surgery. The planning system comprises a calculation means for defining the cut surfaces of the cornea, wherein the calculation means determines the cornea cuts so that the cut surfaces isolate a lenticule, which is treated according to the planned refraction correction after removal from the cornea, so that the planned refraction correction occurs after the insertion into the cornea of the recipient.

摘要: A planning device that generates control data for a treatment apparatus which produces at least one cut surface in the cornea by application of a laser device. The invention further relates to a treatment apparatus having a planning device of the aforementioned type. The invention further relates to a method for generating control data for this treatment apparatus, and also to a method for eye surgery, at least one cut surface being produced in the cornea by application of a treatment apparatus with a laser device. The planning device has a calculation application for defining corneal cut surfaces, including a lenticule cut and a cap cut, the incision being controlled by the control data such that mutually corresponding locations of the lenticule cut and cap cut are impinged by laser pulses at substantially the same time interval.

摘要: A planning device generating control data for a treatment apparatus for cornea transplantation using a laser device to separate a corneal volume by at least one cut surface in the cornea and to separate a transplant, from a surrounding transplantation material by at least one cut surface, wherein the planning device includes an interface supplying measurement data relating to parameters of the cornea. A computer defines a corneal cut surface which confines the corneal volume to be removed, and determines a transplant cut surface by using the transplantation material data and depending on the defined corneal cut surface. The transplant cut surface confines the transplant, and the computer generates one control data for each cut surface to control the laser, wherein the respective cut surfaces can be produced by the laser to isolate the corneal volume and the transplant and to make them removable.
