The non-active substance region is provided with a bending structure bent along a second direction, the bending structure extends along a third direction, and in the third direction, the active substance region and the bending structure have the same size, where the second direction is a thickness direction of the active substance region, and the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are perpendicular to each other. This not only increases the space utilization and energy density of the battery cell, but also simplifies the production process and improves the production efficiency of the battery cell.

The current collector includes a body portion and a tab portion provided along a first direction, where the body portion is covered with the active substance layer, the tab portion is not covered with the active substance layer, and the conductive structure extends along the first direction and is connected to the tab portion, forming a connecting zone. In a second direction, the connecting zone has a dimension greater than thickness of a body region of the electrode plate, so that after an electrode assembly is wound, connecting zones of adjacent layers are mutually attached; where the second direction is a thickness direction of the electrode plate, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell includes an electrode assembly, and the electrode assembly includes a body portion and a lead-out portion that are disposed in a first direction, the body portion being electrically connected to an electrode terminal via the lead-out portion. The lead-out portion includes a tab portion and a conductive structure. A first end of the conductive structure is welded to the tab portion to form a welded zone, a second end of the conductive structure is connected to the electrode terminal, and the conductive structure extends along a direction leaving the body portion. A melting zone is provided between the welded zone and the body portion. The technical solution of this application can reduce the probability of thermal runaway of batteries.

摘要: This application relates to a battery comprising a positive electrode plate, a separator, and a negative electrode plate, wherein the positive electrode plate comprises a positive electrode current collector and at least two layers of positive active material coated on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector, and wherein an underlying positive active material layer in contact with the positive electrode current collector comprises a first positive active material, a first polymer material and a first conductive material; and wherein an upper positive active material layer in contact with the underlying positive active material layer and away from the positive electrode current collector comprises a second positive active material, a second polymer material and a second conductive material, and the first polymer material comprises fluorinated polyolefin and/or chlorinated polyolefin polymer material. The battery has good safety and improved electrical properties.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an electrode member, an electrode assembly and a secondary battery. The electrode member comprises an electrode body and a conductive structure that has a first portion having an active material and a second portion extending from the first portion. The second portion comprises a main portion and a transition portion, the transition portion provided between the main portion and the first portion, and a width of the transition portion larger than a width of the main portion. The conductive structure is welded with the second portion and extends along a direction away from the first portion.
